I experienced excellent customer service and I love my headphones, and they were really reasonably priced. I lost one of my headphone covers and emailed the customer service team to ask where I could buy more. They 1) responded immediately 2) sent replacements via Fedex from US to UK, straightaway 3) didn't charge me. I can not recommend highly enough.
2nd headset failed within 6 weeks....dreadful units!!
Well JLab's my second set of "go live" headsets lasted six weeks longer than the original unit which failed straight out of the box. These are totally unreliable units, probably the worst l have ever come across if honest. We have gone back to Jabra, l'm not sure why we ever left if honest....

I bought headphones for 200$ that promised me exceptionably good bass yet i was frustrated because my requirements were far from fulfilled so I decided to buy some in ear ones (JLab Go Air Pop) firstly I though s%%% I made a mistake they suck and have no bass or at least mediocre, then decided to read the docs on it and they actually have different modes like bassy one trebly one and podcasty one after i switched on bass mode i was blown away even went on my pc and overdriven them and they holded up superbly (HEADPHONES THAT COST MORE THAN 100$ FAILED HORIBLY) bass on this thing is phenomenal and it goes even more with proper tec must say I recommend these 10 times out of ten even with twice the price mic is bad (Good In Perfect Conditions but outside usually really bad mic performance) though but I dint buy them for mic i bought them to listen to music and they surpassed even Samsung's akg ones easy battery life you get easy 6 hours sometimes I even forget that they need charge and i use them for work 15 mins break will go a long way i once worked 14 hours with them with 5 -10 min breaks and they have not disappointed me once maybe in few years they will not preform as well but at least first 3 months are going superbly THANK YOU JLab
Amazing Customer Service
I had a faulty pair of earbuds; customer service was swift to take care of it and made it very easy! I am so impressed. Thank you Lourdes for the quick solution! Customer service is everything these days.
I don't expect miracles for a cheaper…
I don't expect miracles for a cheaper ear bud. I don't expect crystal clear bass, incredible treble and clarity beyond belief. I DO however expect something to last at least a year. Five months in they start playing up. Six months in, no charge held, base pack breaks. Six months. For a pair that likely costs £2.

I either have odd shaped ears or the design of jbud sport air really is bad and take a lot of finding through Bluetooth your money would be better spent elsewhere.
JLAB JBuds Pro Signature wired earbuds
Review for my recently purchased ( direct from JLAB UK ) JLAB JBuds Pro Signature wired earbuds.
Prompt shipping, got to me within 2 days via delivery method chosen ( Free ).
Buds work really well, quite a balanced sound with a bit more emphasis on the bass tones. They sound just great with anything from AC>DC to Zappa with a lot of Classical / Jazz and Blues in between.
Audiobooks are nice to listen to as well, as they are comfortable to wear over long periods of time.
The package I received was missing a set and a half of "Cush-fins" as advertised on the product page, it only contained x1 fin of one size instead of a pair of two sizes ( x4 fins ) in the box. I sent them an email and received a very apologetic reply for the error and an offer to resolve it ASAP.
After explaining the situation, I was promptly offered a whole replacement set by their rep., no quibbles, no questions.
Their rep. Steve arranged to have me a new set sent from California via FedEx, within the hour of my email conversation with him, excellent customer support indeed.
I don't know who I spoke to in my pre-sales conversation about the mic and if it also had a volume control ( it doesn't ) but that rep was very polite and helpful as well.
In light of the functioning of the buds to my satisfaction, the customer service experience with both pre and after sales, and especially the quick resolution to the missing parts by their very courteous rep. Steve, I'll earmark this company for future purchases.
5 Stars all round from me.

Good products and service. No complaints
I've bought a couple of headphones for both me and my son and they work well. I really like the bluetooth headset I use for work on a daily basis.
I love the color, too, and their service was great anytime I needed it.
Soundsystem is very pure.

Epic Air Sport - high quality product & service
Purchased the Epic Air Sport earphones and, having used a number of competitors, these are far and away the best quality for the price. I also wanted to mention their customer service is exceptional and highly useful. I would highly recommend this brand

Cheap Rubbish
After a very short time, left earbud completely stopped working. Won’t even charge. No amount of troubleshooting would sort it. Refuse to pay shipping for returns with no guarantee they’ll get sorted. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK.
Microphone issues/ Terrible Customer Support
Purchased a microphone. Worked for a short while, then parts starting becoming loose then later upgraded to Windows 11 in which the microphone ceased function. Tried reaching out to JLAB multiple times with no response. Would not recommend.
Appalling customer experience
Appalling customer experience. Bought in ear headphones that never worked.
Phoned JLAB several times but phone lines were closed for training.
When I finally got through o we on hold for 4 hours. Then got cut off. Shocking customer service, non-existent even.
Rubbish product, even worse customer service. AVOID. Not worth the grief.
No customer service
The sound quality of the product was acceptable BUT I had an issue with a missing part and the company does NOT offer any support whatsoever !!! No reply and no help I have tried every channel from their official website to Facebook and Instagram . They just don't care . It has been 2 months . Forget the warranty . Really bad for the money you pay.
Does not honor warranty
Bought a Jlab gowork headset and it literally broke in my hands after half a dozen uses. Made a warranty claim on their website on 09/06/2022 but they have ghosted me since. I have sent a few follow up emails chasing but no reply. If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Poor products and even poorer customer service it seems. I do not recommend this company or products.
