Ordered and air fryer from this company months ago but never received it! Emailed and had one reply asking if i wanted refund of wait for next delivery..I replied wait for next delivery....But nothing turned up so Emailed again,No reply...Tried phoning....No answer....NOTHING....So i strongly advise to "NOT" use this company!!!!!

Total con. car payment processed by another firm and no deliver weeks later, phone numbers do not work, BEWARE

Absolute scammers. Purchased an Airfryer from them under their name ‘appliances-star’. The item was never received and it was impossible to contact them. I rang the genuine company ‘appliance-star’ who said they got 5-10 phone calls a day chasing up items that never arrived and it was a scam. The bank details gave the name of the company that fraudulently took my money as Jojabeboutique. Avoid anyone trading under this name!!

Not even a one star totally ignore e mails phone calls and online chat,brought washing machine on 24/01/24 still no washing machine.Now had to buy a washer from a local place,any ideas if and how we can get our money back,.

Also a victim to the appliances-star goods not received scam. Clearly priced too good to be true. Washing machine never described. Billing on statement listed as Jojabeboutique.

Ordered goods on 22/01/2024 from Appliances-Star, told they had been shipped and would arrive 11/02/2024, day before received email to say due to high volume of orders goods would not arrive till the 16/02/2024. Company not replying to emails or live chat. Still waiting. Contacted Credit Card company. Do not trust this company.

HOW IS MONEY TAKEN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR GOODS ORDERED FROM APPLIANCE-STAR GOODS HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED IF THIS IS NOT A SCAM WHY HAVE YOU NOT REFUNDED MONEY.
IS THERE A TIE UP BETWEEN BOTH COMPANIES
THIS LOOKS LIKE FRAUD

I ordered air fryer waited 1 month no item then said they are sending item then the day before it arrived they cancelled it they have not refunded my £144 IV message them they are a ripe of company do not buy of this company I will go to my bank and get refunded that way this company should be shut down ripping people of not right

Unbelievable Incompetence from these people. My first delivery date was postponed the day before goods were due. I was offered a 20% discount and a second delivery date for the following week. A day before that delivery date I received an email telling me they could not make this delivery either and would give me a full refund within the next 5 working days. Today, several days later no refund issued and Jojabeboutique are not responding to my emails or online chat. I've now put it in the hands of my card provider.
Update, March. Refund obtained via my card company.

I came across this quirky little boutique on a weekend in Beverley. I did make a purchase, however the jeans I liked weren’t available. The staff were so helpful and friendly and ordered them in. They informed me when they were in stock, I ordered online & they were promptly delivered to my home address 👍. I’m more than happy with my experience and the jeans fit perfectly & so comfy. Thanks girls, keep up the good work 😃
