I managed to buy a house where boiler maintenance wasn't a priority for the previous owner. I discovered this business via the local FB community group and booked an appointment. The engineer arrived on time identified the problem and returned to fit a new heat exchanger. About 28 months later & being happy with the service I booked a routine boiler service. The (same) engineer arrived on time, completed the service with no fuss, he treated my home with respect and left it clean & tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending this business.

Easy to book a service. Received reminders prior to visit. Arrived at arranged time. Alex was a very courteous and professional engineer who worked efficiently and tidily. He explained how the system worked as we have just moved in following buying the house. He identified a few issues that needed sorting and we await his return with parts . I felt it was excellent service , fast tidy and very knowledgeable. I know more about the central heating system
And the underfloor heating/ hot water system. Thank you for taking the time to explain, excellent customer care. I would highly recommend this company .

Excellent company. Can recommend. Had my boiler serviced. Had a reminder when they were coming and a text on the day letting me know when they were 30 mins away. Thorough job, lovely guys and competitive price.

We have used Danny and his team for the last 4/5 years to service our boiler after they installed a new one for us. They are brilliant and would recommend to anyone. Easy to book, always on time and always tidy up afterwards. Most of all the team are professional, knowledgeable and a lovely bunch of guys.

Arrived promptly, got straight into the job, no fussing, no mess, cleaned up after job - spotlessly I might add!! Courteous, efficient and professional- highly recommend.

Yet again JBL to the rescue. I had issues with my Toilet Fill Valve not closing so the water was continually running into the pan.
I contacted JBL in the morning and by 3.30 pm Daz &Ant arrived to fix it. They had to remove the toilet ,fit new Fill Valve and reseal the toilet.
Job completed and all mess tidied up by 5 pm.

I found this company when one of my sons needed a new boiler and then used again for second son and boiler. Both occasions the team were excellent. So I decided to use them for my boiler service and other required work. As before they were absolutely brilliant. Gave me a date and time. Received email and txt on the day to say what time they would arrive. All work carried out with great care and courtesy. I would highly recommend this company. JBL have been servicing my boiler for a few years now and I have always been impressed with their service and communication. We recently had to replace our old boiler and the whole process from reasonable quote to prompt installation and excellent service on the day, confirms my faith in them.

Fantastic service, boiler replaced 2022, despite quite a few unexpected problems it was no drama. Since then the boiler has been serviced twice, yesterday being the second time. I have have had Julian Bland back for a radiator problem and an emergency gas cooker fitting, my fault I hadn't realised fitting wasn't included, I contacted Julian Bland in a panic and they managed to get someone out to safety check and fit the cooker same day. They have always been prompt and tidy, tell you exactly what is happening and polite. The online booking is easy and they always keep contact letting you know who is coming and when plus reminders. The price quoted is what you pay and it's the right price. Great service, wouldn't use anyone else now.

Absolutely delighted with the service received from Julian Bland Limited. The communication has been excellent with emails and texts and I can confirm that the engineer tracker was spot on! The engineers were also excellent at communicating, talking me through what they were doing and showing me the worn parts that they were replacing which builds trust. Daz is clearly a very experienced and knowledgeable guy and I felt 100% confident that I was receiving the right service to repair the immediate issue and the right advice about future maintenance. Both Daz and his partner behaved in a respectful manner at all times when in my house and left it clean and tidy. The invoice when received was entity reasonable. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

What a delightful experience. The first time i have used this company and there engineer and his trainee was brilliant. They turned up on time, were courteous and careful with our house and diagnosed our problem very quickly. We had to call EON and Danny hung on in case they needed some questions answering and they did, so he was on hand. First Class.
