Kate&Tom's provided great customer service, whenever we had a query about our stay, we got a very quick response. The house itself was gorgeous, exactly what we wanted for our 30 person hen do - every guest said how amazing and perfect the house was for the weekend. Would thoroughly recommended!

We booked through Kate & Tom’s for my Stag do at Crossroad Farm, from start to finish their customer service was excellent - they were always quick to respond to any questions we had regarding the property or payment info, they really made the booking process feel easy and stress free!

We’ve just come back from the most wonderful weekend away celebrating our mums 70th and honestly couldn’t recommend this place more highly. We booked the Holmegate House and Wing. From start to finish, the whole experience was seamless and so thoughtfully put together.

The house itself was clean, with a lovely country feel that made it feel really special from the moment we arrived. The heated pool was amazing — beautifully warm and such a highlight for everyone. The hot tub was easy to use and keep clean and the games rooms were definitely well used!

All the little touches really stood out — a lovely hamper and cake on arrival arranged by Sunny, clear instructions for how to use everything, and all the amenities you could possibly need already provided.

Brett, the housekeeper, was incredibly kind and welcoming and when we had a small issue during our stay, it was handled so quickly and professionally. Sunny was fantastic — the level of care and communication was genuinely some of the best customer service we’ve experienced and they really went above and beyond.

The beds were really comfortable, the showers were great, and the grounds were perfect — loads of space for games (we even had room for rounders!) and a beautiful setting to relax in. The large dining table was ideal for all 18 of us to sit together for meals and boardgames, which made it feel extra special.

We made such lovely memories here and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you so much to Sunny, Brett, and the whole team at Kate&Tom’s!

Starhill Manor is a Fabulous place. Set just outside Ross on Wye. This was our fourth visit so easy to find. Reccomend using ‘What 3 words’. Catered for all ages. We were 20 mths to 95yrs!! Very comfortable. High quality furnishings. Fab bedding. Super clean. Great situation as half family in South wales and the other half in the Worcester area. The housekeepers Damian and Shelley have high standards and are very helpful.

There were 15 of us of all ages staying for a week. The room compositions suited us and we all enjoyed our stay. Good padel court for outside activities. Amazing barbecue area and big jacuzzi. The cinema room was good for older kids in the evening. The kitchen had everything you want.

We had a great stay at Wellacres, the pool was great for the kids and the kitchen being so spacious was fab especially as we had a private chef on the Saturday serving us all. The kids loved the hidden playroom from their bedroom and the grounds were great and lovely and peaceful. Housekeeper texted me and was around if we needed assistance.

By far the best holiday home we have stayed in, excellent location for family walks. The stand out feature is the spa like heated indoor swimming pool, beautifully designed and constructed with a full shower changing room, toilet and gym attached. The Rising Sun pub down the road was a lovely place to go for a drink or high quality food.
The house comfortably housed 16 of us, it has everything you need and room for everyone to chill out and not be on top of one another. The gardens and land were plenty for entertaining the children, taking walks with your dogs.

We have recently come back from a week at Box Barn celebrating my 60th birthday. There were 11 adults and 2 children. The whole week was amazing. There is everything supplied you could think of and the owner is nearby if you needed anything. A great place for some family fun with the pool being the icing on the cake! I had booked this break 18 months before through Kate and Toms as I wanted the specific week. They were really helpful throughout the booking process answering any of my questions promptly. I would highly recommend a stay at Box Barn booked through Kate and Toms.

The house is set in beautiful countryside with plenty of pretty villages and numerous places of interest in easy reach.
The house itself is full of character with well appointed rooms and was warm and comfortable throughout. We were lucky enough to experience great weather and so made the most of the hot tub, bbq and grounds. The woods at the bottom of the garden provided great fun for our 2 dogs and although the pool wasn’t available during our stay it looked very inviting ! It was very well equipped and we were even treated to a welcome hamper on arrival which was much appreciated!
The booking process was easy and we had excellent communication with both Kate and Toms and also the owner who was extremely helpful and welcoming. We would highly recommend the house and not hesitate to return. Thankyou !

90th Birthday
Kate and Toms made the whole experience of celebrating our Mum's 90th seamless. We were welcomed at the house, given helpful information and made to feel at home.
Everything was spotlessly clean, all the equipment worked perfectly. The hot tub was immaculate and the house was exactly as described.

The frequency of correspondence was helpful and informative. A little pushy on early deposits, but generally helpful.

We had a lovely weekend at Holmegate House. A celebratory weekend for four generations from 4 to 92. Having the ground floor wing for elderly parents was perfect for them to have their own quiet space. The pool and hot tub were utilised as well as the beautiful grounds surrounding the house. Sunny was our contact with K&T’s and she responded quickly to any queries. Thank you! 😊

Superb house. House was very well equipped for the number of guests. Excellent support from Diana who managed the hospitality process so well and made hiring the house so much easier than probably any other place we have hired.

We recently stayed at Wellacres House for a hen weekend and from the moment we arrived we were absolutely amazed by the property. Every detail exceeded our expectations, from the stunning pool and hot tub to the spacious kitchen diner, beautiful bedrooms and the luxurious, oversized bathrooms. The cosy sitting rooms added a lovely touch of comfort.

There were 11 of us staying, and we never once felt short on space. The grounds themselves are just as impressive, perfect for relaxing, celebrating, and making unforgettable memories together.

We also loved the extras such as the BBQ, outdoor seating areas, and even the kids’ playroom (which definitely gave us all a good laugh!). These little touches made our stay so much more enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable staycation!

Kate and Tom's were fantastic. All the way from the booking process to checking out. Having a point of contact at all times was reassuring and they were so quick with responding. I will be definitely be using again!

From the outset we were onto a gem with Upton Oak Court. Booking and communication was efficient, courteous and timely with the agency. The owner responded promptly with any queries we had. The description of the property does little justice to the reality of this stunning property. The grounds and games room were enjoyed enormously by 7 young children along with the sauna, hot tub, fire pit and bbq by the adults. The kitchen was supplied with everything you could hope for and the bedrooms stunningly decorated with plenty of storage space. We spent a joyous Easter weekend making wonderful memories as a family. We received lots of information about things to do in the area but with such a beautiful setting and home, who would want to venture out? Many thanks to the host for making us feel so welcome.

Our stay in Yorkshire in one of Kate and Tom’s houses was top notch . All the facilities, swimming pool , games room and tennis court were well cared for . Everyone in the party had great fun. The house was really stylish but felt homely .
We felt very welcome. Louise, the housekeeper, was so helpful and kindly posted a bracelet that was left behind .
We would love to stay in a Kate and Tom’s house again.
