wonderful stay at Starhill Manor
Recently home from a wonderful stay at StarHill Manor one of Kate and Tom’s signature properties. The property was absolutely fantastic! The booking process and communications from Kate and Tom’s were top notch. This is our second time at one of their properties and we are off to another one with extended family next summer!

Great holiday
Lovely house, and very helpful team. Could have done with a 'proper' plan' of the main house and annex beforehand, and the outside chairs and those around the big table in the kitchen weren't very comfortable. But the location, and other facilities were excellent.

My family of 11 (from 75 to 1) had the most wonderful week in this gorgeous house. Wonderful grounds and a swimming pool kept the older children off their devices. Beautiful bedrooms with ensuites or private bathrooms. Perfect venue for our multi generational annual family holiday. Nancy was very welcoming and helpful. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Ideal seaside location
This was the first time our group had used Kate & Tom’s and we were impressed. Their customer service was great during booking and Charlotte, our contact for the property, was friendly and gave us useful pointers for places to eats and attractions in and around Southsea. Southshore Place can comfortably accommodated 20 people with good size rooms, but we’d suggest also having enough chairs in the outside area. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would use Kate & Tom’s again. Many thanks!

We spent a wonderful week with the whole family at Higher Cross Park, Thurlestone. The facilities were excellent, great views, fabulous pool and comfortable accomodation. Would highly recommend.

Our annual family get together at Redacre Hall was the most luxurious and enjoyable of the 14 years we’ve been doing it. So much so, we booked again for 2027 while we were there.

We had a fantastic stay at Bishop of…
We had a fantastic stay at Bishop of Ely's Stable in Rettendon. We were there for a week and it was a family getaway with 12 of us and four dogs. The pool was amazing as was the hot tub and pool house.
The house itself was spacious, had everything you could need, and just was really well decorated.
The garden was massive with plenty of games (croquet, badminton) to make use of. The drive was big with room for six cars. It was super easy to find and in a nice peacful part of the world.

The initial enquiry and booking went smoothly, then dealing with the owners was easy.
The house was fantastic.
We spent a lot of money to have a big house, a pool and a tennis court, but it was worth every penny.

The venue was great and we had a wonderful holiday although there were a few things about the house that could be improved . Kate & Tom’s communication was very good and they refunded our cautionary deposit promptly.

We had a wonderful holiday at South Downs Farm. It was a great place for all our family including a toddler and a baby and the secluded spacious accommodation and grounds were lovely and provided all we needed with the added bonus of a heated outdoor pool and barbecue. On top of which the owners Lucy and William were very welcoming and relaxed.
