The service has always been outstanding- Hannah and her colleagues are always at the end of the phone, and you always get a fast response from email. I recently worked with Richard Parr for a legal agreement that needed reviewing and signing.
He was prompt in his responses, answered any queries I had and ensured he was thorough in his explanation when running through key points in the document that I needed to be aware of.
