Placed an order over a month ago and it's still showing "in transit" with no updates. Customer service is a complete joke - they just give canned responses about "investigating" but never actually solve anything. The chat bot is useless and getting to a real person takes forever. When I finally got through, they promised to follow up but never did.
The product prices might seem good but what's the point if you never receive what you paid for? Lazada clearly doesn't care about customers once they have your money. The tracking system is broken and their delivery partners seem to be losing packages regularly.
I've since switched to other e-commerce platforms that actually deliver on their promises. Save yourself the headache and avoid Lazada Malaysia. There are better options out there with actual customer service. Will never shop here again.
Awful Lazada with J&T…
Do not use Lazada if you do not enjoy writing with an AI. Lazada working together with J&T courier is the worst of companies, Absolutely terrible and waste of time. 500 Ringgit not refunded for a parcel with items missing. Selling that item can be returned with " no question asked" is a hoax. Lazada promised 3 times to pick up the return parcel. 1 month has passed with my many reminders and they never picked up but called and asked for money to J&T to pick up!!!!
All 3 times Lazada send me labels to print and glue on the return parcel. The labels state date they will pick up - but they never come.I have here ia security office 24/7 to pick the parcel up from.

Lazada is completely working with scammers sellers. Do not trust the offered 1-3 years warranty. They will pretend to be innocent, ignore you and use AI Bot to reply to you and get away with it by rejecting your claim for warranty.
Please use other shopping platforms. Please DO NOT BUY from Lazada at all; they will keep your money and will not return/refund.

Scam/Fraud online shopping app. Lazada is working with scammers through LazMall. Fake/bot reviews on the items they sell. After you order, you will receive a different item. They will pretend to be innocent and get away with it by claiming it was shipped.
Please use Shopee or Tiktok stores. Don't buy from Lazada, they will keep your money and will not return/refund.
They will hold your money more than 2 weeks even though it is clear that they are scammers, even though many have provided proof with unboxing videos and you can see many buyers giving reviews that they were scammed.
The 2 weeks is just for lazada reviews, okay, you still haven't gotten your refund yet. Finally they rejected your refund request. The scammer has received your money. Please report this scammer app.

Bad quality of items is one thing, but working together with a incompetent shipping company like J&T is another thing. J&T is lying about delivery attempts and ask you to pick up the parcel miles away from your delivery dpadress. LAZADA? No thank you...until they have a better shipping company!

If I have a chance to place a no star, i will do so without much hesitation. Worst company when it comes to expedite and facilitate the transport and the delivery of goods to the end customer.
I ordered a piano over Rm 4k from LBS Music World and the item arrived at thier Subang Jaya hub within two working days from the date of order. They sat on it for 10 days from the actual date of delivery to the orphanage home in Klang.
Absolutely disgusting and low graded company despite making millions of revenue. How could you even trust them to deliver goods for a value more than Rm 10k?
The irony thing is they couldn't do a simple job, thus, making the children waited for their piano for more than 10 days. What a heartless bunch of idiots, like a mickey mouse company.
