One was initially cancelled as the order payment was not made , Subsequently 2 numbers were ordered again till now the items have not reached me, it has an auto msg saying that the items delivery on 1 May 2026, Till now the items did not receive, I'm regretting alot as this is my 2nd experience, First experience was a bathroom cabinet suppose to come with led light in the end it came with no led light .

Only received 3 out of 5 items ordered and having problems getting refund from seller and Lazada b. And had to throw the box ASAP as it arrived with black tar petroluem sticky substance on it. And another incident was that seller stated cancellation successful and then later delivered my canceled item still and then changed status to unsuccessful cancellation. And another was return refund as item supplement herb product was like imitation as no company name, expiry date or ingrediant info in details as stated in Lazada website. Upsetting that Lazada had degraded in services.
Recently in April
Recently in April, instead of me being able to get an early refund, suddenly the system requires that the item need to be inspected at warehouse first which takes 3-5 days. I called them & they told me its automatic trigger in the system with no known cause. I thought thats a very weak reason. If they want to change certain things, should at least inform customers. there could be some changes within Lazada; a system doesnt decide things on its own.

I bought a "Panasonic" hair straightener from Lazada. It is clearly a counterfeit item without safety mark. The refund process is horrible and sides with the seller. My refund was rejected even with clear evidence.

Is the "Mall" really selling authentic products?
Bought some supplement tablets form my kids from the platform's "Mall" brand. However, found that it COULD BE counterfeits, due to the following red flags (1) the label on the bottle is crudely pasted, with apparent air bubbles across the bottle, (2) the bottle is not sealed after opening the cap, there is no aluminum foil type of safety seal, (3) the colour of the tablets are slightly different. However, I am not able to confirm it as the platform is not forthcoming with its "investigation" result. While I have my refund back, I am worry that the product that I bought is really counterfeit, bought from the platform's "Mall" brand that is supposedly freed of counterfeits. Why else would the platform refunded me? What's more worrying is that the seller (and who knows how many more of these sellers are there in this "Mall") is still allowed to sell counterfeits that are advertised as authentic products under this "Mall". Please buy with care, especially products for consumption and skin applications...as we will not know what these products will do to our body.

I had a very frustrating experience with this order (Order #165184902272029).
The item was never delivered, yet I’m being asked to provide an unboxing video as proof. I don’t understand how customers are expected to record themselves opening every package at home “just in case” something goes wrong. This feels unreasonable and shifts the responsibility entirely onto the buyer.
I’ve already explained multiple times that I did not receive the item and therefore cannot provide such a video. I even shared additional evidence (photos of the package I received), but instead of properly investigating with the seller, I keep being asked to “prove” my case.
What’s more frustrating is that during phone calls, it sounds like the issue is being resolved, but then I receive follow-up emails asking for the same proof again. There’s a clear lack of consistency and accountability.
In my opinion, the platform and the seller should have proper packing and shipping records (like packing videos) if they want to verify disputes—not expect customers to anticipate problems and record everything themselves.
Very disappointing experience. I expected better support and a fair resolution process.
“Orders ‘Lost’, Sellers Don’t Ship, and No Real Support”
Honestly, my experience with Lazada has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Almost every time I order from China-based sellers, something goes wrong. Either the parcel mysteriously gets “lost” by the courier, or it never even gets shipped in the first place. It’s hard not to feel like there’s zero control or accountability in their delivery system.
What’s even worse is when I use vouchers. The seller simply doesn’t ship the item, waits it out, and the order gets canceled. Then guess what? The voucher is gone. No proper refund, no compensation, nothing. It honestly feels like customers are being taken advantage of.
Customer service has been no help at all. Every time I reach out, I just get generic replies with no real solution. There’s no urgency, no ownership, and no effort to actually fix the problem. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with the same issues over and over again and feel completely ignored.
At this point, I’ve lost trust in the platform, especially for overseas orders. It shouldn’t be this stressful just to receive something you paid for. Definitely not the kind of experience I expected.

I ordered a phone charger on Lazada and after waiting for more than two weeks the item has not been delivered. Despite this, Lazada refused to cancel the order or issue a refund. You’re basically dealing with crooks. Don’t trust Lazada and avoid using them!

Such a clunky website full of ads and even of you want to switch the notification on for status updates, they continually bombard you with ads. Tried to get a refund from a seller for faulty item, Lazada shows refund successful but I never received the refund after weeks. I don't know where else to go, so difficult to navigate to find something with all the ads and promotions. I've given up on them and will just forego my refund. I've had better experience on Shopee and it's slightly cheaper for the same product and same seller.

Reported the case to Lazada Singapore and the mobile app was showing the pickup would happen on the following day from 11 am to 9pm .No call for pick up arrangement from the logistic provider thereafter. Texted and Called to Lazada Customer Service but they can provide no assistance at all and just asked me to wait. Terrible service!

I been buying items from this platform. Starting first order was delivered promptly. I thght of trusting their service, so I ordered many items in one shot. Unfortunately, they messed up by wrong items sent and missing items, then refund was dragged almost a month when I need to call them almost every day to resolve the issue. Talking to their CS which was operated by Ai chat then live CS each chat was really a nightmare. They misinterpret and end up the whole scenario of my feedback was in a mess. I told them the returned 4 blouses was collected by their courier and yet they asked for evidence, luckily, I got CCTV screenshot everything to them and still refused to refund. Keep sending his courier to collect the 4 wrong Blouses. Finally, I called that courier a Chinese guy told him where the parcel he collected back and Lazada Refused to refund my payment. He said he will call Lazada that he already returned to warehouse collection center. Still no RESPONSE. until I called them again and a week later then they willingly refund me into Lazada wallet? Play trick. I use pay now to paid them they refund using Lazada wallet. just need you unable to cash out and need to use it to buy their stuff. So, it forced me to use the Lazada wallet to buy their things before I could end buying any further from Lazada. But end up again the Lazada wallet was not able to use because they didn't deposit the refund instead, they finally said they will arrange to deposit under Laz wallet of $16 (4 Blouses) . Unable to withdraw the cash !!! I was forced to use the refund amount to purchase their stuff. So, I purchase a twin storage box. The shipment took more than three weeks to arrive. And they try to delay said what custom not releasing. Hello is just a folding plastic box why need to hold so long. Is not electronic or any IT stuff that custom need to testified and check. Well finally they initial Said: Out for Delivery but didn't come only UNTIL the next morning 5a.m fishy asked an old uncle to deliver just placed outside my doorstep but only one piece instead of twin pack. Called them they blamed the seller pack only one piece. Hello, the seller so blur don't know what they selling and what they are packing? So, they drag the issue again and until I kept calling and threatened them that I will report to the police and CASE of so many issue happened to my ordered stuffs. The CS Mohamad said go ahead. Wow what sort of attitude is this? So down rated to be working in the frontline. So, another CS take over and settle the case. That was ridiculous refund. What I paid is #23plus after using my Bonus point and the actual amount should be around 43 dollars and after offset from my bonus point. The twin box will cost me 23 dollars. So the refund total in my Laz Cash was only 16 dollars (from the 4 refund blouses) and I had to forked to top up another #7. plus, in order to tally this purchase twin box. Well waited for almost a month the twin box said OFD but failed delivery but ONLY ONE PIECE OF THE STORAGE BOX INSTEAD OF TWIN PACK was delivered at 5am the next day morning. Fishy delivered at this time. Called them again this time they pretended to check and came back to me and said is the seller fault who had packed one piece only. Hello, the seller is selling two choice : one single Box or Twin pack Box., Surely is not the seller fault. Is just that the failed delivery was visible some fishy ongoing. So they said will refund me. But only 2 dollars.. because they said you keep the one piece ? what is this? I paid after deducted bonus point and forked up another 7 dollars plus and received only one box and the missing one box refund me 2dollars???? So finally they said only can refund me 10 dollars? ????. This is swindler.. Just to end further connection with Lazada. Again I have to use that refund money to purchase another item. Due to the limitation of the refund money, I purchase a mini pot with steamer which cost me $10 plus (refund of $10.00 plus my bonus 2dollar plus) total 12 dollars plus. So, I clicked the minipot with steamer. But when clicked completed sudden there is a pop up hanged me and resumed back and I saw my order became another mini pot (different model) which cost me 11 plus not including delivery charges yet. So, I was left with no more Laz cash fund. Wow, this time the delivery was very fast less than a week the minipot is here. and was delivered by speed post Not By Ninja or SPX halacha. So, the journey with ridiculous ppl ended after my last received.
P;S Ordered 8 pieces assorted color door mat on the due delivery date only one piece was delivered. After calling them several times. Final the balance of the 7 pieces one shot can NOW deliver together to me.
Forgotten about a purple blouse too which cost me about 8 dollars plus was not delivered and also didn't refund me. The item on their platform deleted the Word Return/Refund.
Total voucher scam
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the forfeiture of unused voucher value following a supplier-initiated order cancellation.
I used a $100 Lazada voucher across two orders that were checked out at the same time. The first order, amounting to $43.40, was successfully fulfilled. The second order, a dish rack priced at $61.93 (to which $58.80 of voucher value was applied), was cancelled by the supplier due to product discontinuation. When the second order was cancelled by Lazada, I received a refund of only $0.65. As such, the $58.80 portion of the voucher applied to this order was never realised by me.
I contacted Lazada customer service multiple times regarding the reinstatement of the unused $58 voucher value. The customer service officer, Nabila, stated that she was the senior agent with final authority and refused escalation or to provide a reasonable resolution, citing general voucher terms and conditions. She further stated that my case fell under “partially refunded or redeemed” orders and cited an internal policy that vouchers or gift cards cannot be revalidated once partially redeemed, as shown below.
This classification is factually incorrect. The order was not partially refunded; it was fully cancelled by the supplier. The transaction to which the $58 voucher value was applied was voided in its entirety due to supplier-initiated cancellation. I respectfully submit that the cited voucher terms do not expressly address supplier-initiated cancellations and are intended to prevent misuse or abuse arising from customer-initiated cancellations. In this case, the transaction for which the $58 voucher value was applied was cancelled through no fault or action of my own. Treating this voucher value as “consumed” results in Lazada retaining value without supplying goods or services, which is inconsistent with fair trading principles.
Furthermore, the explanation provided by Nabila on 20 January 2026 stated that the policy applies “starting immediately.” This policy was not part of the voucher terms at the time of use and should not be applied retroactively. My order was made on 31 Dec 2025 and cancelled by the seller on 1 January 2026, prior to the said policy commencement date, and therefore, this policy does not apply to my case.
I am not requesting a refund of a consumed voucher or a revalidation of the original voucher. I am requesting reinstatement of the voucher value that was never realised due to supplier's non-performance. As a reasonable resolution, I am requesting reinstatement of the unused $58 voucher value in any appropriate form (voucher reissue, discount code, wallet credit, or equivalent).
I request that this matter be reviewed by the complaints or resolutions team with authority to override frontline policy decisions.

I bought a power bank from Lazada, twice. Your mail to me showed Xiomi Power bank on two occasions. When it was delivered the first time, I got a power bank pouch. The second time you delivered 2 power bank plastic covers. Very dishonest sellers. It amounts to cheating.
