So I went in for some chain de-greaser…
So I went in for some chain de-greaser and as you do started looking at the bikes leisure lakes has to offer.
I had my eyes on an E-MTB.
A Specialized Turbo Levo SL.
I approached the tills and spoke with Dave.
Dave was/is awesome! He spent nearly three hours with me discussing the bike in question and his own experience with E-MTB’s.
The advice and information given was honest and sound.
I had a great shopping experience, Dave is a credit to the company.
I have the bike and it’s bloody lovely!
Oh and I forgot the De-greaser.

If you’re in need of a new MTB, Leisure Lakes West Brom is THE place to go. Mike and the team could not have accommodated me anymore. The bike was set up and ready to go on my arrival and then configured in store to suit my size, weight, and riding style etc. The store is massive and will cater for all your MTB needs. I will definitely go back to the West Brom store for some protective equipment. The experience was ‘MEGA’ just like the Nukeproof I purchased. Thanks again.

Always a pleasure to shop here
Top draw customer service as always at LLB in West Brom. It's a really forward thinking shop, with a modern attitude, where nothing is too much trouble. One of the few bike shops where being a female cyclist is not unusual, with 2 women cyclists employees there's nothing tokenistic about their attitude to female riders, I am never patronised, and treated as equal. Hello, it's 2022 can the rest of the cycling world catch up with LLB please!
