The team (Ian and Shem)arrived early and got straight to work.
They did a first class job and tidied up when they had finished.
Ian went through everything I needed to know.

Ok but office let the side down.
Company contacted me and set the date and time of install. 7.30am
Adam and Ian arrived at 7am which is their usual start time.
There were problems with the access that should have been picked up by the survey. Which was fixed by an extra cost. Office wasn’t helpful.
The installers did a good job and left the site tidy on completion.
