Why are you automatically signing your customers up to a subscription when purchasing any goods from you. You claim people have clicked subscribe by mistake when ordering, when infact you automatically subscribe them and there is no option NOT to subscribe.

It seems a little underhand that you're not giving people the option to not subscribe before paying.

Under UK consumer protection law (specifically the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008):

Businesses must make subscription terms clear and prominent before purchase.

Consumers must actively consent to recurring payments (for example, by ticking a box or explicitly selecting “subscribe”).

Automatically enrolling someone into a recurring plan without clear consent may be considered an unfair commercial practice.

I've been taking their Lion's Mane for years, it's literally mind blowing, my mind is sharp as. Recently tried the their new liposomal for NAD+ another game changer.Reishi amazing for sleep too. Don't believe the haters.

So far I’ve tried Lions Maine, within the first week I felt like I’ve come back to life. It wasn’t immediately apparent but over days I realised I was remembering things, I woke before my alarm, I felt ready for the day! I can’t wait to start on the entire range I’ve ordered! I’ve been in menapauses clutches for years and I’m so happy to feel human again!

I accidentally subscribed and a quick email was all it took to unsubscribe . But I regularly order these mushrooms and although it took a few months to see the benefits , they have made menopause so much easier . I have more energy , focus and have lost a few kilos . Don’t believe the haters . These mushrooms work!

Terrible Company. You purhase one item and then they subscribe you to 1 per month and then when you try and cancel the link to cancel your subscription doesnt even load up. SCAM

I felt the need to write a review on here after the experience I had with trusting trustpilot reviews. I’ve been using Life Cykel Reishi and Lions Maine for a while now and it dramatically enhanced the quality of sleep and the vivid dreams were helping me process past trauma. After seeing all the bad reviews here I thought maybe I wasn’t using the best product and decided to look into it for myself and tried other mushroom products. I spent so much time and money and not only did they not improve my condition, or even stay the same but my sleep got worse- like it would if I came off reishi and lions Maine completely. I really don’t get all the bad reviews! My dad said he had much better sleep with these together too. Maybe they aren’t great with other things people use mushrooms for- I don’t know because I haven’t tried for anything except sleep and focus and life cykel has by far been the best I’ve tried.

This company holds your bank details hostage and doesn't let you remove it from their site without an email. I've been going back and forth to cancel a subscription and they won't stop and have been charging my card for a repeat subscription purchase before the scheduled date. Do not buy from this company they charge your card without your permission

I just received an email saying "Welcome to your subscription" when I tried to place a single order. There is no way of cancelling it or cancelling the order directly on the website and they want you to email them. Unethical. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I have asked for a cancellation and refund. Buyer beware.

I ordered the Full Shroom Service Pack and started using it in June 2024. I followed the recommended dosages carefully, taking the extracts every morning and evening depending on the type. My routine stayed the same throughout, so I expected to notice some kind of effect.

But honestly, I didn’t feel any difference. Even after I finished everything, I didn’t renew the pack just to see if stopping would highlight any changes. Still nothing. For me, it simply didn’t do what I hoped.

I’m giving it two stars instead of one just because I’m willing to believe it might work differently for others. But based on my experience, and after reading a lot of reviews that now seem overly positive, I wouldn’t personally recommend it.

I purchased this on a subscription hoping to pay less and intending to give it a good crack for a couple of months, but after taking half a dose for a couple of nights of the Reishi and feeling a bit unwell I thought it was just a coincidence and took a break. I then took a full dose after a couple of nights and had a horrible sleep, very light and waking up all night. Both doses left me feeling groggy, unwell, spacey and stuffy.
My friend had a similar experience at the same time of trialing this. We're putting it down to something in the liquid that interferes with people on methotrexate, immunocompromised persons or neuro divergent persons.
Either way, I would not recommend this product for anyone in any (or all of these positions) as it is not a good combination.

I also would like to point out that Lifecykel have an unfair (and unknown / unannounced) policy whereby you cannot cancel your subscription for any reason without having at least two orders fulfilled. Not sure that would stand up "in court" but if you are in NSW, QLD, WA and SA go to Fair Trading, VIC and NT are Consumer Affairs, and Consumer, Building and Occupation Services for TAS.

I got excited after doing some general research and bought some. On receiving them I have dosed for over 3 weeks. I have noticed some small benefits so far, but only since tripling dosage on some of them, and the dry weight equivalent is missing and so dosage is unclear. On doing more digging analysis suggests the dose per serve is inadequate by a fair margin when contrasted with quality powder extracts that also use alcohol to liberate beneficial molecules. I have looked all over but despite being reported as 7x the strength, life cycle does not provide dry weight equiv or any guaranteed beta glucan levels etc, which they would of it was A. Standardised and B. Higher than the competition. You can likely reach therapeutic dosage but you are guessing and it's costly. I have moved to quality extracts in capsule form. Looking forward to testing them.

The product is low concentration and therefore way too expensive, at least for UK standards.
If you return it, they will want it back and you pay incoming and outgoing postage.
So, it is pretty American these days.

I have the athletic bundle. It’s done everything I hoped for, is it magic? No, but it helps a lot. I have energy and able to sleep good for the first time in months. It’s been just one week, but so far so good for me.

Haven’t noticed any of the advertised effects even under very controlled settings.

I’d love to know why there is specific wording used for the product. In the listed ingredients it’s called “mushroom flavour”.

Why would it be described as a flavour and not as the product itself?

That’s like saying it’s banana, and putting an ingredients list on the back saying that it’s not actually banana, just banana flavouring made from concentrating banana to get a flavour which can be spread out to full 500 bottles. It’s not going to have any health benefits.

It’s the equivalent of calling something juice when it’s made via concentrate. Your body is not going to really absorb anything to give the health benefits of the fruit used. If there is any mushrooms left, it’s so processed in this product that it could only be a placebo.

I’d love to be proven wrong here, so I welcome a response from the supplying company.

Normally I am given a text message saying my subscription will be charged soon. This time I was immediately charged with no warning. I have moved from my previous address so now $140 dollars worth of product is going to a strangers house. I wrote to life cykel in three different emails. It took them three days to respond. They told me to refuse the order. How am I supposed to do that when I dont live at the address they shipped my products to. I tried canceling through FedEx, and that does not work. I asked lifecykel to re-route my order and they said they are not able to. A girl named Erma said I will not receive a refund or replacement package unless the order is returned. I have been a subscription customer for over a year and have always recommended this product to people. Long story short, I am canceling my subscription and no longer recommending this company to anyone.

Did not work for me and it's do overpriced

I can’t believe the negative reviews. I have been taking Reishi, Lions Mane and Turkey Tail for over a year and am a huge fan, especially of the Reishi (for sleep) and Lions Mane (for concentration)… absolutely part of my daily routine that I’ll keep doing.

Guys plz be very careful and take these reviews seriously as I should have. It is 11 days it says ready to ship and they havent shipped anything and when I ask for information they just send me bullshit answers. I told them not not even bother at this point and to send me a refund because I feel like this is a scam. still no answer for my refund.
