The products don’t work
I’ve just sent an email to the company stating that the product doesn’t work.
They did not offer to refund me as they have stated on their website.
They claim I didn’t take it right but how hard is it to take drops

The products don’t work. I have spent a lot of money on all the different mushroom products , lions mane, reishi , shitake, cordyceps and turkey tail.
It does not work at all. I would like my money back please.
I think you should let customers know it may not work on us. We can then make an informed decide whether to waste our money or not. I am on a pension and it’s very difficult when you trust a company and then your product doesn’t work.

Beware of extortionate charges and reoccurring payments
My son ordered this stuff he was charged 160 pounds they then sent him 4weeks later 2 more boxes and charged him 240 pounds Beward he has now cancelled this so called extortionate subscription and is awaiting a refund beware buyers!!! I will update when he gets his refund.

I never write reviews but this is obviously a scam, pretty packaging product that does absolutely nothing. Well actually the coffee substitute one gave me a dull headache in the back of my head.
The others gave me stomach pain. I pretty much paid $140 for dirty alcohol water . They all taste exactly the same but are totally different mushrooms supposedly.
To me this is another the more you advertise the more people
Fall for it. And I fell for it. Ha
And they will say everyone acts differently to the supplement. Yeah definitely meaning it doesn’t do anything 😂. The reviews on their site are fake for sure !

I wish it did something. I ordered the athletes package (lion's mane, cordycepts and reishi). I was excited and open to feeling amazing/being less reliant on coffee as per the marketing. I didn't notice any change and sadly not even a placebo effect. The only noticeable change, was a sticky throat after Reishi.
Two stars because I found the ordering process quick and easy and delivery was prompt. I like the packaging and the concept.
However no stars for the actual shrooms, since the mushrooms didn't live up to their claims in regard to improved energy, performance, focus "flow" or sleep. I will not be repurchasing and sadly don't recommend anyone buys these products. I really wanted to have a good experience and love the idea.
I responded to lifecykel's email to review their products with a similar review to this, but it seems like they filter the reviews- I'll be curious to see if this is the case.

I was just at the gym and a nice fella recommended I try biohacking mushroom pack from Life Cycle Byron Bay but he did warn me that they bombard you with email spam and marketing even if you don’t want it. What a stitch up
Having the recurring payments option auto-selected when completing the purchase through your cart is a great way to destroy trust with your client base. I did not know that this was even an option until I had another transaction on my credit card statement. I have raised this as a fraudulent transaction with my credit company. Now I have wasted my money and more importantly, my time, to correct this issue.
This company seriously needs to review the morals it is based on.

This product is a scam. I purchased the Biohacker kit. Don't do it. The site has thousands of reviews but when I tried to leave my 1 star review I could not there is way too do this on their site. Do not buy because the products do nothing. I think they call that a placebo effect but with no results so guess you can call that a scam! So disappointed I was conned into buying this fake misleading product. I will report them to the ACCC. Especially regarding their fake reviews and fake products.

Lions mane UK I've seen a difference I was more focused than usual specially at the gym.
I bought the 5 pack from Australia 120ml and it's totally different with the lions mane, I have had no affect at all on all 5 items, I'm still taking it but I'm not seeing even a slight change, no boost in energy, no focus, no dreams, nothing!!

Took money even after cancelling the subscription.
It seems I'm not the only one. I initially signed up for a subscription in early February 2024, and took advantage of the 20% discount being offered on Instagram. I received 6 tinctures and a free spray.
However, I have had an inflammatory response to the tinctures so had to stop using them. I informed Life Cykel of this, and asked for them to stop the subscription at the start of March 2024. It took many emails for my request to be acknowledged. I was advised that I would have to pay for the 20% that I was initially discounted, and I paid this straight away, using their payment link, and sent them proof of payment.
Again, I asked for confirmation that the subscription was cancelled. This was at the start of April 2024. I received no further correspondence from them since.
Today they tried charging me a further AED 708.20 ($192.84/290.55AUD). Thankfully there were insufficient funds as I'm due to pay off my credit card at the end of the week. To confirm, they have not sent me any further tinctures, so they are just charging me hoping to get away with it. This is either gross incompetence or theft!
Please think twice before entering in to a "subscription" with Life Cycle. Not a company to be trusted.

They said they would 2 days later it's arrived with my return label and now they're ignoring me trying return absolute con artists!!! I just want to return it and get my money back!!!

What has happened to Life Cykel?
What has happened to Life Cykel? Is this company 'under new management' or something?? I have been buying from them for years but recently had the worst experience.
They state that they use Aus Post for Australian orders (and they always have before) but for some unknown reason my latest order ended up with Couriers Please. I noticed that the courier didn't have the address correct on their shipping info (a parcel locker) so I contacted them (and life Cykel- which you are asked to do via email). CP told me they can't deliver to Parcel Lockers but they could redirect it to my address or a collection point. I found the nearest collection point, got the address and sent a follow up email to Life Cykel to tell them this and give them all the necessary info.
A week later I had still heard nothing, so tried getting in touch via the chat. That was also a fail as they told me that someone was going to come back to me via email that day - 3 days later still nothing. Got in touch AGAIN and was told, the delay was with the courier (not true according to them) and they would give me an update asap. An entire WEEK later, still absolutely no news from LC, and no sign of my order.
Just the worst possible customer service for a problem they caused, and which I had done all the work to resolve for them anyway..... such a shame as this used to be a great company.
I had recommended them to various friends and colleagues, but will issue warnings now instead.

Delivery time was reasonable, the bottles look great and they’ve clearly invested in the marketing. I’d read the reviews on Reddit prior to purchasing.
I’ve got Lion’s mane, Reishi and Cordyceps. Have been using daily for a few weeks but can't say I've noticed a difference. Will finish the bottles but I won't be purchasing anymore. I know that "everyone's biochemistry is different" but I'd have expected a noticeable difference....
