I have bad side effects from taking there Lions Mane product. Do your research before taking Lions Mane. Check reddit for side effects experienced by users of Lions Mane. Not blaming the company but Lions Mane is not for me. Be careful with anything you take and do your research before taking.

If I could select a 0 I would.
5 emails and 3 weeks to receive. Fake courier orders x2 and contacted the company and never was booked for collection.
Then they blocked me and can not log in etc.
Great business you can not contact apart from email.
Reading now many reviews explaining the quality only to now get ill each time I take them. Never did anything for me apart from make me sick. So not much else I can do.

I ordered the product from the lifecykel store online in India. The label packaging on the product looks cheaply done almost like it's done your garage. The product itself is useless I upped the dosage but still no result, I have tried lions mane before and swear by it, however lifecykel is a fake product they are selling crap in the name of lions mane, a complete waste of time and money.

I have been waiting for my order to be delivered for more than a month now and it’s still not here. The company would not contact the carrier which first resulted in the product being returned back to them. After this mistake, they shipped in 5 more days. The new shipment is sitting in Dubai for a week now and the company still refuses to contact the carrier to arrange a delivery. The bottom line is - if you want to get mushroom products, try to purchase them locally, there are many better products out there. Lifecykel provided the worst delivery experience so far

Total scam. Ordered a big pack to Israel, and due to war they asked to send additional 117$ or full refund, so I asked for refund and didn't get any refund. Money for nothing

Ordered it not realising most the content in it is alcohol- asked straight away for a refund and for it to not be delivered for them to force the delivery even when I’m not home ; got it and now have to pay to give it back also not covering both shipping there and back; very poor communication and lack of kindness in the emails is bizarre for such a “5” star product ; absolutely disappointing and haven’t even got the package yet 😂 save yourself and go for 10 formula it’s great has all the mushrooms and no alchol and the staff are very polite

They state in a discrete place on their site that they use an extract that is not the same extract as lions mane. So right there, ineffective and deceitful marketing. The checkout process automatically adds on a HEFTY charge for “shipping insurance” stating they don’t cover damage or lost packages - well there’s a reason for that. They shipped me 8 glass liquid bottles in a padded envelope, that hilariously says on the FedEx envelop “don’t ship glass or liquids in this package” but lifecycle bottles are both. Everything about this business is an overpriced scam. Run as fast as you can away from it.

Haven’t received my order after waiting 4 weeks

This inadequate protection resulted in a broken 120ml bottle of Chaga Extract. The poor packaging was so evident that even customs officials were surprised when I had to open the package at their office.

Adding to my disappointment was the response from LifeCykel's customer service team when I reported this issue. The response felt insincere, akin to a generic copy-paste reply, showing a lack of genuine concern for a customer's experience.

It's clear that LifeCykel invests heavily in marketing, as seen in the numerous emails and online videos. However, it's disheartening to see that this investment doesn't extend to ensuring the quality and safety of their product packaging. As a result of this negligence and the lack of a satisfactory response from their team, I am reconsidering my loyalty to the brand.

Okay if you have used other quality cordaceps products like erbology powder you will know how cordaceps affects you . Lyfecykel cordaceps just edges it for me and that is only because you get more bang for you're buck.

Misleading marketing and reviews, the product is snake oil, you get more of an effect from the alcohol than the other contents with is so contradictory, to make matters worse, they wouldn't cancel my subscription when i asked. They said I had to pay an invoice to refund them a discount they issued and never sent me the invoice. predatory, terrible business to deal with. nearly $400 down the drain for 95% water and alcohol.

Total scam. No way to leave a google review. Won't cancel my subsciption so Ill have to block the transaction through the bank. Even though this is within 30 days of purchase. So much for the money back guarantee.

Product DOES. NOT. WORK.

I placed an order for $200, and despite being at home when they claimed to have delivered it to a "safe place," I never received the product. I've been trying to contact Life Cykel support, but I've only received one email suggesting I check with the post office (which I did, and it's not there). It's been 5 days, and I haven't received any further assistance or my paid-for product. As a consumer, I have the right to receive the product I ordered or a suitable resolution when it's not delivered, and I expect a prompt solution to this issue.

I had high hopes for these products given all the amazing reviews and celebrity endorsements. (clearly fake reviews. I tried posting this same review on their website but it wouldn't upload so they obviously have something in place to block bad reviews on their website)
I took them religiously for 30 days morning and evening as instructed and I can honestly say I experienced absolutely no benefit at all. No improvement to my sleep, energy levels, skin or hair - nothing.
In my experience this was a colossal waste of money.
They must do something for the majority of people given all the reviews but for me there was no benefit.

The product didn’t taste great and so I cancelled any more from being ordered/didn’t finish it etc. Life Cykel sent a very unexpected letter of demand for me to send them extra money either way, either to reimburse them for the initial new customer discount they gave, or they said they would force me to order more orders.Highly unprofessional and very scammy. My friends may have recommended this brand but beware and maybe don’t buy from their website unless you want a random letter from them asking you to send them more money, 3 months after the initial transaction.

I accidentally ordered the wrong products, I emailed their customer services and they cancelled my order before it was sent out and issued a refund within 24hours. Great customer service.

Tried to cancel subscription, they kept saying that they had sent the invoice to pay the difference in the subscription price. They never did. I was persistent and finally received it. The emails and constant text from them while trying to achieve this. Saying mush love over and over again. Borderline crazy people. I will use an alternative brand.

Worst customer service ever , stalled when asked to cancel the order .. then charged me $180 . Buyer Beware

I tried them for sleep and energy during the day. It does absolutely nothing. Not even a slight difference in anything. For something that is advertised as a coffee replacement and sleep helper this is just marketing BS. AVOID. Don't waste your money. I assumed it was good from the little research I did seeing people's reviews on their website and Amazon, clearly they were fake, especially after seeing the comments here. But I guess that is my own fault for not researching well enough. I'll be coming here from now on for my reviews. Shame of them for taking advantage of desperate people though.
