I am currently remodeling my house and is in need of multiple switches and outlets. I'm glad I found Lighting and Locks because of the free shipping (with no minimum purchase) and no tax. The extra 13% for orders $250 and above was a significant saving. Will not think twice about purchasing from this company in the future.

I ordered my Minka fan in silver from Amazon and twice they sent the wrong finish. I then ordered directly from L & L and received the fan I wanted. Unfortunately when the electrician came to install, he found that there was insufficient space in the "attic" to do so and I need to return the fan. Do I need permission to do so?

You've got the basics perfect. I found my product, the info I needed to make my decision and you got it to me in a safe and timely manner. Your cart feature needs improvement though... or maybe I'm just too familiar with an Amazon / Home Depot type cart with features like 'save for later' and a cart tied to a user account. You can add features but don't mess with your basics because it rocks!
