These guys are great to work with. If you have an issue or problem it is corrected or fixed immediately and no questions asked. I have probably order Legrand Adorne products over a dozen times with out a delivery or billing issue. I only wish they would improve the filters in the website.

Had a very good experience. I ordered two glass items, one of which unfortunately broke during shipping. They rushed another one to me in two days. I've have no hesitation to shop there again.

I got a great price from the company, but I think the website procedures could use some updating. I got a confirmation email and then never heard anything. Later I had to go back to the email click the link to check on order status and at the top in a small bar it said the order was canceled, but I was never notified. If the price wasn’t so good I wouldn’t have bothered to call. Apparently, I got flagged by the company’s fraud detector. I had to actively seek out the status and correct the issue. Once I called customer service was helpful and I received my product with great speed.

Amazing service! We went in with the intention of buying a new power head for our Beam Central Vac which is 20 years old. We took our existing hose so that we could be sure a new power head would fit our old old old system. We TOLD them we were buying a new power head - they took one look at our hose and said they thought a simple repair was all that was needed. Our electrical plug-in piece was worn out, but they felt we did NOT need a new powerhead. They spent 5 minutes fixing us and they were absolutely correct. We got home and were zipping around the house with a like-new vacuum. They were wonderful! They saved us hundreds.....and they could have easily just sold us something we didn't need.

I purchased a Minke RC210 fan controller for my ceiling fan in September. it worked great until it died in July. It was under warranty, and I contacted Lighting and Locks. The friendly and efficient staff sent me a new one, no problem.
I then purchased another controller for another fan. Both controllers shipped out quickly and at a good price! They also know which controller works with which fan, which is important!

The lamp fitter is a little bigger than my old fitter; i think that the size of the fitter should be between (15/7" - 2"). However, I managed it as it is, but it shifts its location somtimes, and I ' push it back in place. Overall, I liked the look of it, and I recommend it.

The technical rep. was very pleasant and helpful. Although the receiver he sold me did not work on my Minka fan, they allowed me to return it. The dumb Minka people did not offer me a free replacement the first time I called so I went to your website for help. When your receiver did not work I called Minka and they offered to send me a receiver and transceiver that worked perfectly as soon as I hooked it up. Sorry for the trouble. Will shop at Lighting and Locks in the future.

Everything I ordered was in stock when I placed the orders. On both orders I was missing the all wall plates for each order where back-ordered and we were not informed. Scheduled electricians around this delivery. Ended up waiting an extra 10 days for 2 different order of wall plates. No tracking given on the back-ordered items. The staff was helpful in trying to correct the problem. Good product just a bit of a hassle

The price of my item was good, I had to keep calling for status of my order because I didn't get any notice about status on shipping, after my third call I was told when it would arrive.

Wrong 2 capacitors sent. Add pictur is 2 wire red & a white. Period ......2 wire capacitor. I recieved .......3 wire capacitors 2 gray and a red wire CBB6-1
