We have used Lighting and Locks for several of our Legrand purchases and are always pleased with the prompt delivery and professionalism of the staff.

They were very helpful and answered all of our questions. The light switches and outlets are cool looking & we've received many compliments on their appearance.

We purchased a Monte Carlo Prairie Fan and the order was immediately processed and shipped the next days. We needed a down rod for the fan and it was not listed on their website. We called them and they indicated that they could get it for us, and that also arrived in a very timely manner. We cannot say enough about the co-operation and concern for our requests as we completed the order with Lighting and Locks. Additionally, their price for the specific item was the lowest we could find. The fan is installed and we LOVE it; we could not be happier. We would recommend Lighting & Locks without reservation!

The product ordered arrived quickly and at very reasonable prices. I would definitely purchase from Lighting & Locks again for their deep selection and competitive prices.

I ordered two lamps from lighting and locks and my credit card was charged for them. The company then cancelled the order since they no longer had the lamps in stock. It's been almost a month and I'm still waiting for my refund. I called Customer Support and they indicated they didn't have the information and to wait a while longer. I've now emailed Customer Support - hopefully that will result in some action.

I placed a large order for Legrand Adorne switches and outlets. Everything arrived on time.

But, I ordered a few GFCI outlets in Magnesium and a few in white colors. I received all of them in white. I had to buy the right color locally.

Other than that, it was a good shopping experience.
