Absolutely Love This Mirror!

I couldn’t be happier with this bathroom mirror! The quality is outstanding — it looks sleek and modern, and instantly upgraded the entire look of my bathroom. The LED lighting is bright but not harsh.

Installation was straightforward, we had a little chip on it but Jobi from costumer support was so polite and understanding. Help me with the replacement.
You can tell it's made from high-quality materials. I've already had a few guests comment on how nice it looks!

The light mirrors that I ordered look amazing and I had fantastic customer support from Alelei when one of my packages went missing in transit.

I had the pleasure of using this website the other day & I couldn't see if the item that I needed was in stock & what would be the delivery time. So I used the chat service & spoke to a wonderful customer service assistant called Alelei who was very knowledgeable & gave me the information I required. I placed my order & Alelei kept me informed of the status of my order.
It was a pleasure to deal with this company & their customer service assistant.

We are very pleased with the way the mirror looks in the bathroom and its functionality. It was extremely well packed for delivery and the reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that it would have been easier to fit flush had there been a slight recess in the back.
We did have an issue with the actual delivery company who did not deliver to us on the day arranged, however Alelei intervened and the mirror arrived the following day. She did an excellent job of communicating with the delivery company and kept us updated throughout the whole process. She made us feel confident that everything was under control, that we were valued customers and that she cared. We did not have to get involved. Awesome.

This company provides an excellent service. The mirrors they sell are cheaper than anywhere else which is the reason we chose them. The two mirrors we bought are fabulous. A great selection of light mirrors at good prices, easy ordering process and on-time next-day delivery. I needed to change the delivery address and Alelei sorted it out for me and kept in touch to ensure the mirror arrived on time at the correct address. Excellent customer service.

When I placed my order for a bathroom mirror, the website indicated Next Day Delivery. However, once I placed the order I was given a delivery date of over a week away and I had an electrician due before the revised delivery date. I was going to cancel my order, but I got in touch with the Customer Support Team instead. And I'm so glad I did, as Joby personally and actively took control of my order, providing me with regular updates and I'm so grateful, as the mirror was delivered in time for the electrician. Prompt original delivery of our mirror, however it was delivered damaged. Excellent customer service from Joby Aguilera to arrange delivery of a replacement within a quick time period.
