I recently ordered a mirror from light mirrors and the service was fantastic ,I was kept updated with order process ,I then asked to change the mirror for round instead of square and this was done without any issue and they refunded the price difference and delivery was quick.i dealt with alelei and she was excellent throughout ,they responded to emails promptly too which I was impressed about

Unfortunately i was sent a broken mirror due to delivery error, however i had the good fortune of dealing with Joby, who sorted a refund instantly due to a replacement not being feasible with time constraints!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I needed the mirror I ordered quickly to ensure that it could be fitted and not cost me extra money to have the installation team back. The customer service team moved mountains to get the delivery done despite staff shortage and communicated regularly with me to keep me updated. The product looks brilliant, great quality.

Mirror arrived and was pretty good quality.
Manual for the mirror was a bit generic, little dimensional info provided which meant I had to use a rule to measure accurately.

Easy to install and works great.

I emailed them to ask for dimensions for the mirror (so it would be easier to line up hole centres) and they sent me the actual production schematic. Excellent service and they actually help.

The mirror arrived quickly, with live tracking info, and in perfect condition (it has not been installed yet but have no concerns). The level of customer service I received from Joby when I raised a query around missing out on the 5% discount code on my first purchase was outstanding - not only did Joby refund me the amount I would have saved using the discount code, Joby also then provided me with the tracking info and then checked in with me once they could see it had been delivered to make sure it had arrived as expected.

Made an order for a mirror, unfortunately was advised that due to absences in the team it would be a longer dispatch. I responded and asked the customer service representative, Alelei Umali, whether there was any possibility to expedite delivery due to us moving in and having the electricians finishing up early the following week. Alelei went over and beyond to get this to happen and was so responsive and a pleasure to speak to.

I would certainly use this company again, it’s rare to find a company with such fantastic customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Whilst there was a slight delay on the second mirror I ordered, this was not a problem and the news was communicated to me ahead of time to manage my expectations. Alelei did a fantastic job of regularly keeping in contact throughout and providing updates. In terms of quality, both mirrors were excellent.
