We have undergone a complete rebrand which of course required a lot of changes and support from Lily, but specifically Jacob. He has been quick to answer and sort problems and extremely patient in the circumstances! I was worried what would happen when everything changed over but Jacob made it look easy!

New laptop reset & resolution of issues
Great service from Joe with the setup of my new laptop and resolution of File Explorer and initial issues. The reoccurring issue with viewing on existing screens was later expertly fixed by Chris, ensuring all bases were covered. Everything now works perfectly. Highly recommended!
