I ordered a king size goose feather duvet but recieved a cheaper duck feather duvet, the company is not replying regarding exchange or refund.

Excellent product of high quality. Bought my first years ago, now the next for my other child after good first experience. Cool in summer warm in winter.

Your products are absolutely amazing however the packaging has let you down. I have already emailed separately to say that the parcel was split. It was all taped up and it still had a rip open which contained my delivery note which was on view

I ordered an Egg Shell Box Memory Foam Mattress Topper, but they sent me the wrong type. After contacting the seller, they sent me the correct type I ordered.

I like your pocket sprung pillows, but would prefer them to be firmer and hold that firmness longer than they do, I would be happy to pay more than the pillows currant price for this. Yours is the only pillow I have been able to find with 56 metal springs in it.

Item as described and a replacement for the mattress topper I had previously bought from Littens. So I am happy with the product I bought. However I did not want next day delivery as I was not going to be home and it was due to rain. I booked 3-5 day delivery. But, it was delivered the next day. I appreciate that the company thinks it has overachieved, but, too early is just as poor service as too late.

The size of this blanket in the description is 200*200, but in reality, it’s 190*190. Also, one of the stitching rows has come apart by about 20 cm.
