Local Surveyors Direct Ltd Bewertungen

i specifically said i needed a survey for an old building due to wanting someone who understands how old buildings work. None of the responses addressed this. Instead they gave me the generic ramble which implies they are inexperienced in old buildings. The list is presented with cheapest first, which is NOT the way to choose a professional. I emailed them back for clarifications and received no response. I wouldn't choose a surveyor based on cheapness, and many of the responses showed sparse qualifications. Wont trust the responses

Very prompt response from Jun Lai .

We were offered a selection of companies who could meet our needs and the first one I contacted confirmed that they could carry out the work required.

Quick and easy to use. A list of local businesses that do EPC surveys was quickly generated. Very shortly afterwards I was contacted by two of these businesses, both of whom were very pleasant, and accepted one of their offers.

I came across this site when trying to find a structural surveyor. I was quickly sent a list of companies that could help. Some have emailed me with information, but none have pestered me. It’s up to me to contact them directly.

Thank you for providing comparative quotes for Level 3 Building Survey. It gave me good insight into costs and services offered by the surveyors and to choose the surveyor who offered precisely what I needed
