Local Surveyors Direct Ltd Bewertungen

Got a reply from a company who gave me lots of good advice.seemed to know what he was talking about.

I searched for a structural engineer and was directed to your site. A complete waste of time for me and you

Probably fine if you want a standard homebuyer report/building survey, but I wanted particular advice, wrote the details in the box and only got quotes for surveys from automated responses.

Brilliant, I was matched with 5 local surveyors, who have all responded to me with quotes, no pressure involved, I have chosen a local surveyor, who should know more about needs for my area.
Thankyou for the support

Excellent service Andrew was extremely polite, courteous and very efficient. He responded to my initial enquiry very quickly and was able to go ahead with the survey the next day. I’m very happy many thanks

I did not want a conveyance survey and there did not seem to be any way that I could ask for quotaton for a small structural survey not linked with buying or selling a property.

Sara from A J Asbestos was so easy to communicate with and kept me up to date. John, who carried out the survey, was friendly, charismatic and his knowledge and expertise was really reassuring. Great company and service, thank you!

I entered my requirements and was contacted by companies that were able to fulfill the brief.
I was then able to choose the most suitable. Saved me a great deal of leg work.

Thank you to David Ruddy from North West Energy Solutions. He was quick at reaching out regarding the service request and was very polite and thorough on the phone call. He was even more so when he’d arrived to my property, on time and very professional. Made the whole process very simple abs answered any questions I had. Definitely recommend his services.

A was quickly approached by number of surveyors and have selected one. I really liked the fact that I didn't have to provide my phone number - a great option.

Looking for a local surveyor.
Received a very quick response with a list of several surveyors. I would have liked a couple more within a 5 mile radius to me.
Thankyou

I phoned EJ Electric and left a message what I wanted doing but no one has come back to me

Your service provided me with (pretty much) exactly what I was searching for, identifying professionals in my area and providing the most relevant of profiles. But just a couple of aspects that didn't work for me. Continued access to the profiles would be really useful. Maybe they are available and I just couldn't see how to get to them. If so, would be great to know what I am missing. And I was looking to get a feel for services available to me, especially in terms of Architectural Technologists/Technicians, but not looking for immediate contact from them as my ideas as to what I am looking to achieve are still being finalised.

I was asked to provide a EPC certificate and didn't know where to start.
I found your online site very helpful.
I chose Paul Field who lives locally to myself.
He was very professional, turned up at the agreed time, and explained what he was doing as he went along.
I would certainly recommend Paul.

Good service

I got 4 responses within 24 hours, discussed my needs on the phone, they all provided detailed explanations of the survey I required, with a quote through email. A good experience.

I chose Andrew Leeson from the list provided as he had a string of 5 star reviews. These reviews were well merited. He responded quickly and arranged a same day appointment. He arrived on time and was very professional. He had regard to my property and removed his shoes on entry . He undertook the survey quickly and explained what he was looking at and measuring. He produced the EPC and registered it on the gov.uk site before requesting payment. All in all a very positive experience.

The quickest reply to my search. Be prepared to answer calls or use emails. Great service.

Used Ocean Survey, Roger was excellent and very professional.

We had a great L3 survey carried out by Dean at Davidson UK Services LTD. The communication was clear and we received a thorough report the same day as the survey was completed. Can't complain!
