The way you treat your customers is a joke! After receiving a complete wrong order I keep getting mails form "Amy" telling me the same stuff over again the I need to contact the return center. I haven't received any return address or any useful and right now it looks that I will neither get my money back nor get any useful reply. This is pure fraud!!!

Effectivement les tarifs de base annoncés et ce qui est inscrit sur le site ne laissent pas supposer que les produits viennent de Chine.
Pour ma part, commande le 21/11/20, réception le 8 décembre, soit plus de 2 semaines, ce qui ne correspond pas non plus à ce qui est annoncé.
Néanmoins, la qualité n'est pas catastrophique (à ce stade, je viens de les recevoir), le cuir est souple (pas doublé). J'ai commandé le modèle Thalia, la fermeture éclair arrière n'est pas facile à remonter au niveau de la couture du talon. Mais elles sont très confortables (semelle intérieure très souple). Donc, je ne suis pas aussi sévère que les avis que j'ai pu lire, car globalement satisfaite, bien que je n'apprécie pas que les choses ne soient pas clairement dites sur le site et que les prix, toujours remisés ne correspondent tout de même pas à ce type de produit : le prix remisé devrait être celui de base (celui de base correspond à des marques européennes connues et reconnues).

Biggest disappointment ever! It was a fatal mistake not to control LLS here. Delivery comes from China, not from Portugal as it looks like! Bad-smelling fake leather products that cost max 20 euro each piece. I had to pay 50 euro just for custom fees. They don't answer about the return and refund, only a standard reply about their "quality". I suspect that it is not reasonable to return due to high delivery costs, and that's surely what is the strategy of this fraudulent enterprise about!

Their shipment is awful. They don't accept cancelation but their website says they accept return and refund. That's a cheat. I bought 2 boots but only got 1 and the other has delayed for 2 weeks. But they still mark the order as completed. And they never you an correct estimation about when it would be shipped. And it actually is made from China, not Europe.

I just received my Zarya Chelsea Boots.
If you need a pair of boots that will last at least a season or two - look elsewhere.
These boots are not a real leather and don’t look sturdy at all. And the smell is awful. LLS ads are very misleading. Stay away!

BEWARE! This company lies. They ship from China and has that fake chemical plastic smell. Also the heel on the shoe is plastic. I didn't see all of these reviews prior to ordering my boots. I only hope that I am able to save someone from making a big mistake by ordering from Looks Like Summer. The only positive thing I can say is I received them in a timely manner. About a week via FedEx. Other than that I would call them crooks and this company should be forced to shut down for false statements such as saying their boots are genuine leather when everything about these boots are plastic! There are laws that protect the consumer to ensure what the manufacturer is stating is true. Everything is plastic. Including the heel! Hollow plastic! This is a warning to you! Do not order from them unless you don't mind spending top dollar for plastic shoes.

It was such a fraud they did not show all their product are from China! Lying to all the customer!

World wild shipping so what? Because if you want to refund you have to pay for your own to send back!

I saw the label on the box that writes: USD 20 (have you communicated with your Chinese factory about the price your shoes deserve, lol?). I paid for around USD 100. If that's not fraud, how do you call it? You DO make big money on selling shoes by misleading customers into believing yours shoes are of a higher brand. Well, I do learn a lesson, along with these deceived customers.

As previously stated by other shoppers, I can only confirm their experience! I have never written a review before, but this company "deserves" it, unfortunately. The glamourous super fancy pics and adverts on Insta promise the best design and quality. However, you will be disappointed with the cheapest box having a paper LLS-label glued to it, non-fitting shoes which were never an European 40 with the plastic feeling and an awful smell. The order was placed only because of a warehouse in Portugal, as it was logical for me that my shoes are delivered to Austria from there due to ecological reasons, but the parcel came directly from China.

Probably the company still exists because shoppers want to spare the returning costs which are tremendous. Will be a lesson for me as well to buy locally! @ customer service, please do not an answer about genuine leather and use the time to get your job done and check your supplier in China. Maybe hire one of the same quality as your marketing company and graphic designer!!!!!!!!!!!

Update: I have found and sourced the shoes Looks Like Summer sells as their 'own designs' on AliExpress and eBay. AliExpress and eBay sellers may be claiming these products are leather, but I can confirm they are not.

Blatant scammers. Not sure if this is a dropshipping company or they design their shoes and use Chinese warehouses, but this business is outright lying to their customers. I messaged telling them I was disappointed they lied about their products being made of leather and that I wanted a refund and they messaged me back saying that they are “second layer leather” and the insides are made of ‘non organic’ materials for comfort (yet leather would mold to your foot) and all leather products should have genuine leather stamped on the inside. Then (even though I didn’t mention it) she explained the smell is the glue and if you let them air out it will go away and then they will smell like leather. That’s a lie. What I do know from buying lots of cheap products online, is that these are fake leather and that smell is the fake leather. I am furious about the pricing and the manipulation of this brand, they say the boots are worth $300+USD which you could get designer shoes at Nordstrom rack for that price. They mark them down to $100 USD because they’re manipulating you, I know this because I am a digital marketer and have used these tactics, you say something is higher value than it is and mark it down to make people think the product is worth more than it is and the sale price is a great deal (when really they’re not worth more than that sale price at all, they are cheap shoes) As someone else mentioned in a review these shoes would not cost much to make so I am assuming this is some kind of dropshipping scam with westerners designing the website to make it look luxe when really it’s not much higher quality than forever21 (it’s more like zaful). The shoes even showed up in boxes with Chinese writing and LLS stickers on top to cover the branding. They claimed this is because they’re reworking packaging which is another lie, how could you have invested in such high quality product photography and not your packaging? This is all really just a disgusting example of yet another brand on Instagram lying to you about their products through fancy imagery (I am assuming it’s stolen) and should just be taken down.

I am so disappointed with what I got compared to what was shown in the picture when I ordered it. First of all, it was very poorly packaged. It was shipped from China and was wrapped in a bunch of plastic and tape. Second of all, the leather was dented in many areas causing a wavy effect rather than it looking sleek. Third of all, The straps of the purse were a way different color than the purse itself, now I dont know if that was intentional but from the picture, I did NOT expect that. The bag itself is just very uneven and not worth the cents I paid for it. I've definitely thought about returning the whole thing but then there's the whole international shipping and I don't want to risk not getting the full refund because it might not be "returned to them in good condition" ..which, was it ever in good condition? Anyway. I just wanted to leave this review for future customers and hope y'all have a better luck.

I received incredibly bad smelling shoes from China, my whole bedroom stank for days.
One item doesn’t fit and I now have to pay for the return to China! Which obviously makes you think twice about returning an item.
I would not order again, the risk is too high

I had some concerns about my order arriving on time and the Customer Service team was very understanding, professional and quick to respond to my questions. My boots arrived on time and are beautiful.

Terrible experience. One yoy get to the website and you read about the company, they make you think that is a responsible Portuguese brand. You think that the leather and craftsmanship is European. When you receive the package, it come horribly wrapped from CHINA! So difficult to find trustworthy ethic brands...

did not take long at all to receive the two bags I ordered and they were well packed also. I love the bucket bags they are so nice and the leather is great.

DO NOT BUY FOR LOOKS LIKE SUMMER. Their size is wrong, and don’t pay for return shipping.
I bought a pair of boots around $150 and the size is much smaller than real size. I contacted their customer service and they only provide me a address in China and asked me to pay for shipping cost by myself. I checked all the shippings, all of them charge around $200, which is much higher than the boot itself. It is not my fault that their size standard is so much different to the real size, and not my fault that I must return the item with mistake made my origin.

My Zarya Chelsea Boots just arrived after 7days of shipment, which is right on time with the estimated delivery. I have to say I am impressed, I expected the quality to not be as high as it actually is. Shoes are very comfy, well made to the naked eye.
I am usually an exact n.37 so that's what I ordered, the model might run just a half number too long but actually the extra space is comfortable and not at all "too big".
The one negative thing I will say though is that immediately upon opening the box there is a VERY strong smell of petroleum which is basically synonymous with Made in China, but I'm sure if I air them out a little the smell will go away. In any case it does not influence my wearing them at all.

The photos on the website looked about 100% better, smaller size and poor quality. They claim their products were related to Portugal some how but all of them came from China directly. I only kept item out of six items I ordered. Also I had to pay for shipping for returns, and it costed me $95(I live in NYC). Why didn't I keep the products instead of paying $95? I didn't want to clutter my closet with garbage and get stressed out every time I see them. A lesson I learned: check return policy before I start pressing those buttons lured by glossy ads on IG.

I received the best service from them.
I ordered the bag but that was not shipped, another product was shipped to me.
Amy kindly helped me with a quick replacement process on these issues.
I was gave a gift as an inconvenience reward until I sent an existing wrong that even changed the color of the bag to what I wanted.
I have never received these services anywhere. It was very impressed.
I panicked with the problem, but soon everything was resolved.
