Really good service
Loot is offering a really good service that I would recommend to anyone. It’s easy to set up and you can start using it immediately after receiving your card. Since I’m from abroad Loot was the easiest and fastest way for me to get an UK bank account. The service is great and the app very handy and easy to use. You can keep track of your expenses and receive and transfer money from your card easily.

I REGRET NOT KNOWING ABOUT LOOT AND WAISTING MY TIME WITH BARCLAYS GETTING STRESSED AND EXTORTED IN OTHER BANK CHARGES.
ME AND MY GIRLFRIEND BASICALLY ADORE LOOT.
THE MILITARY GREEN CARD COLOUR IS AWESOME ESPECIALLY FOR MY PARTNER BECAUSE SHE HAS GREEN EYES SHE KEEPS ON GOING ON AND ON ABOUT IT.
ONLY DRAWBACK WAS WHEN YOU CHANGED THE APP COLOUR TO THAT HORIBLE DARK BLUE CONTRARY TO THAT COOL GREEN COLOUR.
IT WOULD BE COOL IF WE CAN PERSONALISE THE APP COLOUR EVEN AT A COST OF SAY 50P OR PERSONALISE CARD COLOURS AT A COST OF PERHAPS UNDER £5 AND EVEN HAVE A METAL CARD JUST LIKE THE BANK N26 AT A ONE OF COST.
APART FROM THAT THIS BANK IS BANGING.

Amazing
Has helped me sort out my monthly budget and is so easy to use. The card also works everywhere. The savings goals are really helpful.
Have recommended to my mum and friends as just so easy to use and my money is actually stretching the whole month with my weekly budget plan.

Easy to use
Excellent account
Easy to use, set goals and keep track of daily spending
Only issue is that you can’t really deposit cash directly into the account.

STAW AWAY FROM LOOT!
You are foolish to make an account with loot. They will provide great service when everything is fine. And this is how I know they’re scammers. They reply very quick. Even under 5 mins when there isn’t a problem. Maybe after about 5 months they blocked my account and my girlfriends account with our work pay and till this day my card is paused and blocked. They leave my messages on seen. They are crooks and have stolen money our hard earned money. Their contact number never rings. They don’t reply to emails. Don’t think just because it hasn’t happened to you that it won’t. Let everyone know and make sure that no one gets accounts with loot !

If Loot bank blocked your account and ignore your messages.
You just call Wired Card Salutation on 0191 227 5450 and ask to transfer you call to Loot.
Wired Card Salutation is the ones who provide accounts for Loot. You have to insists that your call is transfer.
And i did call them very often. And i think they got sick of it. And just give me my money back.
And second have to open claim against loot in financial ombudsmen services.
It's not hard to do. Can be done online.
