VERY different color rug from photos
Received the rug and it was an entirely different color than what was advertised. I understand sometimes digital color can translate differently in real life but it is so drastically different it hardly looks like the same rug. Emailed customer service and received no support.

Damaged Dresser
I ordered the Hobbes Dresser and it showed up with two damaged drawers. It was clearly put together incorrectly and I haven't heard back from customer service. Very disappointed, especially for the price and supposed "white glove delivery".

Communication is Lacking
The table that I ordered arrived damaged, which is fine. However, there was no way for me to contact Lulu and Georgia and speak to an actual, live person since there is no phone number. They also do not respond to emails until at least three days later - don't hold me to that though because I am still waiting for a reply... I ordered on September 10th, now on October 1st, I am still waiting on my replacement table to hopefully ship soon.
The chairs that I ordered arrived and look very nice.

Very disappointing delivery experience
Very disappointing delivery experience. We paid extra for white glove service, but the delivery team refused to provide it. They were also completely inflexible about scheduling and would not accommodate weekend delivery, despite charging significant delivery fees. If you're paying for premium delivery services, you should expect the services promised and more reasonable scheduling options. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of expectations.

Incorrect items delivered.
Two packages were delivered with incorrect items inside. One was an engine screwed onto a piece of plywood without a box. The item was supposed to be the Rishi side table in marble. I have not gotten a response from the many support emails I’ve sent. Nor have I been able to speak to a live agent on the chat bot message center. I’ve spent a tremendous amount of time trying to rectify the situation. By not having a customer service number and a person to speak to has been incredibly frustrating.
