Worst experience ever , they never take their product back . They think that we people are stupid they always told u that we have signed return but nobody was available at home so the courier cancelled the return request , meanwhile i am always available at home .

Not worth it
I just bought these for my daughter and she removed them from the case and you could literally watch the battery power drop every second. I bought them because she lost her other ones and needed a quick replacement, I won't recommend these earbuds!

Absolutely disgraceful company. Ordered on 12th november and still yet to receive, I have sent well over 15 emails SO FAR trying to get this resolved and the agent dealing with my query is extremely rude, her attitude is appalling, arguing with me as opposed to trying to resolve my issue. No offer for a refund, no compensation, no offer to send my items. I am sick to death of emailing and getting a snarky response every 2 weeks if I’m lucky. I was told to wait 15 days from 12/12 and still not received an update. Absolute disgrace of a company.

What I ordered vs what I received are 2 totally different products. They advertise high quality headphones but what I received were cheap and nasty headphones from China. So upset as ordered as gifts for my daughter and her friend.
I have now been told that refunds are only given to faulty products. I wouldn't mind but I haven't received the actual product I paid for!!
I actually feel sick that I've been well and truly done over just before Christmas.

Charger case display not lit up
I bought Luxe pods. The charger case is not lighting up. Where it’s supposed to show percentage battery and other green lights not lit up at all. I would like a new pair. I was really looking forward to them.

I wish I would’ve read every review before buying a pair of these, I bought overseas Luxe-pods and they’re definitely a scam ! Your sound quality is like the speakers from a 1940’s radio, the buds themselves feel light/cheap and the return process is frustrating and now over 30 days. The buds are now trashed because sending them back would mean me paying more out of pocket just to send from Texas back to China so if you’re in the US…Don’t buy or support anything from China until you read reviews they obviously know that we won’t send a product back that we have to pay for so they could send you a rock (pretty much what I got ) and there’s nothing you can do unless you have $180 to pay for a return. These EarPods literally sound like how much they are worth $5 I paid $106.
Update: Send me a free return slip and I will gladly send these back they’ve been sitting in my truck in an envelope for months now of course I didn’t want a cable I didn’t want any of it just because of how disappointing it was to spend money on something cheaply crafted! You guys are frauds …

Request Refund. Luxe Pods area Scam!!!!
I purchased the luxe pods a month ago. I returned them 3 weeks ago when I could not pair them with my phone. They did not come with full instructions or a return label so I returned them to the address that sent them to me. I made several attempts to call and left messages. No response. I included the order # 47999 and my email. I still haven't received a refund or a return phone call. I would like to get my money refunded immediately.

My pods aren’t pairing for both ears
My pods aren’t pairing for both ears. I hear music in one or the other ear. It’s not clear instructions how to pair for both ears. I did everything from what cust service said to do. Now, they want me to send a video of what’s going on. Don’t order unless you’re prepared to send a video if wanting a refund. I’ll go through PayPal to get my money back. At least they won’t ask for no video. This is ridiculous!

Two set of Luxe pods, very happy
This is my 2nd set of Luxe pods. My daughter currently enjoys the 1st set.
I had trouble getting my deluxe pods to sync to my phone. I sent an email detailing what I had tried. their response was prompt and the details very succinct. I followed the instructions and had no more trouble with my deluxe pods. should I ever need another pair I will definitely order again.

Ill-advised purchase
I purchased luxe pods and they had been working perfectly fine until last week, I’m only able to hear music in one side, even though it shows that both are connected. Has anyone else had this issue? And if so, how do I fix this issue?

Not syncing together/music only in one ear
I can get both to pair to my phone... But I can't get them to sync to each other...and there is NOTHING to tell me how to F*@&ing sync them together so I have music in both ears..

Horrible headphones will not pair at…
Horrible headphones will not pair at the same time and this is after finally receiving them 3 months after they were suppose to be delivered. And the case will not charge the headphones unless you literally sit there and push them down into the charging port every 2 seconds. A waste of money and a scam do not buy these headphones. You can get an amazing pair of JBL audios at Best Buy for 80 dollars that you will never have any issues with. 1 star is not good enough for the crap they sent me but you can’t put zero in.

WARNING!! LUXE PODS=Scammers
So after a month I finally received a pair of headphones from “ Luxe Pods” which I payed for 3 day express shipping. However I googled the headphones and they are manufactured by a company called TW-40 which has their own website.
The headphones are priced at $18 but I was charged $60 for them.
When I called “Luxe Pods” they have a fake automated system that gives you different prompts to handle certain situations, however all the options tell you that you have pressed a invalid option and it does this repeatedly. So there is no one to actually talk to about the scam. So if you see this company advertising don’t fall for it. I’m currently trying to get out of the autopay option that is taking my money out every week. So far I’ve paid them $50 and the company “QuadPay “ can’t stop it from
