Waste of money they’ll wait until 30 days before you get them so you can refund them.

Hi Kristi. The troubleshooting steps have worked with other customers. If the issue persists, we'd like to see a short video as requested in our email replies. This will show the fulfillment team that the item is actually defective and can process a refund or replacement whichever you prefer. Please understand that proof is required in order to proceed, just like when filing for an insurance claim. The fulfillment team will not simply accept a customer's word for it as they need to eliminate user-error issue. Rest assured that further assistance and a resolution will be provided as soon as we receive the requested file.

Luxxepod.com is a scam

I bought luxxee pods 2 years ago and still haven't gotten them I tried emailing and no-one answered and I tried to calling when I click 2 to go to customer service and it hung up the phone I've tried multiple times to call and email and still nothing.

Extremely Disappointed!

I purchased these in the very beginning of January. For my Birthday..I am still waiting for the merchandise. After several emails back and forth, they were shipped. It's been 2 weeks since they were shipped. Again, I'm still waiting. If I would have ordered from Amazon, I might have recieved them 2 1/2 months earlier.

good for the price

idk why all the reviews are so bad. these are good quality earbuds for relatively cheap. they pair instantly, have a HUGE battery life due to their case (lasted me around 2 weeks without charging), and overall they've been pretty good. my only problem has been them falling out of my ears sometimes and sometimes breaking open (which has been an easy, snap them back together and they work again, type thing)

Disappointed

Got mine within 3 days and absolutely love them so far to be honest I did have concerns after reading everybody's reviews on this page...... (Update) finally got to actually try them out and they are s*** does not stay connected glitches out when you use them in a phone call the phone call is very very low

This company is a bunch of scam artist…

This company is a bunch of scam artist purchasing cheap airbuds from China and selling them claiming there own. The AirPods I got finally after 4 weeks and no response to 2 emails and phone call are the same crappy ones that say TW40 on the box. Anyone can get these at the corner store for 20$. They work when they want to for me and have bad habit of dropping phone calls on me. I’m very upset this company seemed legit but aren’t even close to it. I suggest save a little more $ and buy real apple AirPods not this crap.

Hi Jon, we have reviewed the emails that we received from you. We did reply to both of them. If you didn't receive them, please check your junk or spam mail. Our products do come with a 30-day warranty for any malfunction, unlike other stores. We are unable to control posers that are copying our design. No patent was applied to our products in order to keep them as cheap as possible. With regard to the dropping calls, please make sure that the device it's disconnected to has a good signal and is within close proximity of the pods to ensure a good connection.

Terrible company, terrible product.

Terrible product and the absolute WORST customer service experience I’ve had in my entire life. I ordered the earbuds back in October, wore them once and they glitched constantly. I emailed asking for to return them since they have a 30 day return people but nooooo god forbid they actually let you return them. I have been emailing back and forth with them since October and they still won’t let me return them. 1 stars is way too many.

I can’t get them to pair together.

I recieved my luxe pods on the day the said they would arrive. I was very happy about that since I got the 3 day fast shipping with the warranty. The sound quality is excellent and I would love them if I could get them both to pair at the same time. I see both headphones in my Bluetooth menu F9 and AMOI F9 and I can connect them both, but it only plays out of the last one I connected to. I’ve followed the instructions to reset and go back to dual use so many times. Forgot the devices and everything, got the red and blue lights to flash alternately on both pods and they still connect separately. I’d be over the moon if they both work at the same time. I just need some help. Will change my rating to 5 stars once both pods play together.

unreliable

I ordered my luxe pods plus almost a month ago, today is march 13th and I ordered my luxe pods plus feb 20 the delivery date was march march 2nd- march 12th I have not seen any movement what so ever except that it was processing over 2 1/2 weeks ago I did the express shipping which I paid for I find this extremely unprofessional. I had sent them an email about where it is this is the response I got very vague and not giving ANY info of where they are

Got a refund

I’ll have to give 4 stars because every time I emailed them I’ve got a response within a day time and as soon as I asked for a refund I got it within 2 days. I would have loved to get the EarPods though but it took over a month and I didn’t feel like waiting. Just hope that they’d get back in line and manage their orders.

Real or scam

I ordered my Luxe pods on December 14th 2020. The estimated delivery date on the tracking notice said Dec 24, 2020 - Jan 03, 2021. I have checked the notice again today, and it had not changed. They still have not been shipped and I don't see any other date suggested for delivery. I emailed them several times so far on their contact us email and I got replies that they are "currently working through a backlog of orders and are aiming to fulfill ALL orders as soon as possible". I do not want to get refund, I do not want my order canceled, I want what I ordered. Those Luxe pods were supposed to be a present. I can not imagine that they have not been able to delivery one pair of Luxe pods for 2,5 months. As the time is passing by I am beginning to think it is a scam. If you are a serious company then you should have some estimation when you should be able to deliever the product to your customer.

I ordered my Luxe pods on February…

I ordered my Luxe pods on February 19th. The estimated delivery date on the tracking notice said March 1st. I checked the notice again today, and it had not changed. They still have not been shipped and I don't recall seeing any other date than March 1st for delivery. I emailed them on their contact us email and I got a message back from some place called Delux Cases. I responded to that email explaining that I had sent that message to luxe pods and don't know who delux cases is. I do not want to refund, I do not want my order canceled, I want what I ordered. If you are having difficulties with shipping you should tell people that. If you are having difficulties with production you should tell people that too. Your website is extremely deceptive, and your business practice leaves much to be desired. According to the information that I got off of your website, you are in Los angeles. I am in Los Angeles too. I should have gotten those pods within a few days of ordering them. I have read the other reviews, and I have read your responses. I don't need a response to this. I need for you to send me what I ordered and paid for, and I need for you to communicate with me openly and honestly through email. you also have my phone number, so you could always call me.

Edit: I do not want anything but what I ordered. When I ordered those pods your website said nothing about being out of stock. You really need to work on how you communicate with your customers. You're saying 14 more days. If for some reason those pods are still out of stock in 14 days, then refund me my money at that time.

If I receive the pods, then I will evaluate them and if they prove to be what you claim they are I will change this review to be more positive. However, because of the way that you have handled your communications, you will not get five stars from me.

Not as comfortable for small ears

They got here pretty quickly and the sound quality is great! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they don't fit very well in my ears. I have pretty small ears and have had this problem with most wireless earbuds I've tried. Even with the smallest tip in and trying to adjust them to fit in the curve of my ear, I always feel like they're about to fall out. I constantly have to readjust them so they don't, which always pauses my music.

Very POOR Customer Service

My boyfriend ordered these for me almost two weeks ago and they still haven’t even shipped yet. He’s reached out to them on multiple occasions and so far NOTHING. Just a bunch of spam emails from them that only advertise the product. It’s time for him to request his money back but I don’t see them responding to that inquiry either. Will have to file a dispute with the bank. Just shame. The reviews on their website are very misleading. Please read ALL of their reviews on every and any platform you can find before choosing to spend money here. If only there were an option for zero stars. Just a big waste of time.

Highly discourage anyone from ordering…

Highly discourage anyone from ordering here especially if you want your item to be delivered fast. I had bought these as a going any gift for my navy husband so we could talk while gone. I placed the order on 02/12/2021(one with express shipping and one without) and it hasn't even been delivered and it is now 02/26. I've left multiple emails, voice messages, and continued to call. All with no answer. Absurd!
