One side of the earbud barley has any sound

One side of the earbud barley has little to no sound I got them a few days ago and I think I may return them its super frustrating especially when I am only able to use one earbud I feel like it came used because when i ordered it it came scratched up and at 32% both headphones dead i wouldn't recommend buying these

Our earbuds can be used both at the same time or one at a time, it is possible that they are programmed to work separately

Kindly try this step and see if this will resolve the issue, and use them the same time:

Delete the pods (F9) from your device's "known" Bluetooth list then search for the pods again

Power off the two ear buds, then press the button of the two ear buds at the same time, DO NOT RELEASE for about 10 seconds, blue lights will sparkle, then red and blue lights will sparkle alternatively then RELEASE (holding it longer will turn off both pods).
The two ear buds are now paired with is each other and are ready for phone searching

My rating will change if I get a…got my order and they work as stated. Although since order have received emails for a lower price them I paid. ??

My rating will change if I get a callbacks ordered on the 4th and still have not shipped listed expected date listed is 16th-24th. Had I been aware of long delay would have ordered elsewhere as big expense since I am starting new business as previously biz closed do to covid.

Total scam

Total scam! I ordered my luxe pods on December 16th, 2020. After repeated emails of asking for my tracking number, order number all I get are late responses that don’t offer resolutions. It gets one star, because they don’t allow zero on this platform. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY....THIS IS A SCAM!

Biggest scam

Biggest scam.
If you spent money on these, you over paid and you got scammed by marketing, likely on social media.
You can buy the same ones on Alibaba for $5-6 dollars, just go to Alibaba.com and type earphones. You can get 10 for the price of one from Luxepod...how do you think they are doing it?
Everything about their business and platform is to pray on the weak through false advertising.

Hi, although we have a similar item that you can purchase elsewhere, they are not exactly the same. The quality and the warranty that we provide with our items are different from counterfeit. There is no patent with our designs, that's why a lot are copying us. Getting a patent is expensive and that cost will have to be passed on to customers. One of our goals is to keep the item cheap with good quality.

I love that you can pause, replay, and skip songs, by simply tapping on the buds. Great sound, stays in my ear.

The wost place to buy they give you date when is arriving to item was supposed to arrive but the only they do give excuses when you want to cancel they said they o ready shipping but is not true they not even give to the mail they make you waiting for long time they bunch of lies I wont buy with this company any more. Luxe pods is a scam

Luxe pods is a scam. I ordered 6 weeks ago, no pods. Repeated e-mails go unanswered. Voicemail goes to a Google customer. Press one for sales goes to a "false account." The website is deceptively sophisticated and convincing. I rarely get scammed. Congratulations Luxe-pods.

I purchased these pods on Dec 6

I purchased these pods on Dec 6. Today is Jan 27 and I am still waiting . Terrible service. No compensation for delay. Everytime customer service emails they say "they are being processed now in our warehouse . They will be shipped next week."

I ordered ear pods over in December…

I ordered ear pods over in December 2020 as of today still no ear pods. The first request I sent for a refund/cancellation was answered two days later with a request to be patient. My second request to cancel the ear pod order was answered three days later with a response “I hope you’re having a great day! Orders are sent directly to our shipping partners who process orders as soon as they receive them and we are charged right away.

Because of this, cancelling orders after placing them is not possible if they have already been processed, packaged or dispatched.
I have looked into our system and your order has been processed and awaiting shipment. You can rest assured that your order will be with you soon.

Thieves!!!!

I didn’t even want to give 1 star!! After you’ve paid, your status stays in “order placed” you call to follow up and you’re met with a Google voicemail, they don’t return customer service email requests, I wish that I had seen these reviews before I gave them my money! I’m out of $80 for 2pairs! This place is definitely a scam and EVERYONE CAN’T BE LYING!! Scratch a lie, FIND A THIEF! I’m going back to my trusted bank to get my money back.

Complaint Description:
I placed an order and they will not deliver or even start the process to deliver the items. They have outright stolen 80.00 from me. I ordered Ear Bud style ear pods from them 2 sets with warranty on them. They have not even shipped the items and keep sending emails saying "due to COVID they are trying to catch up next week" only they keep sending this every week for 3 weeks. They never sent my ear buds and I had to file a complaint through the BBB before they refunded my money. That is not a good thing at all.

Your Desired Resolution:
I want my money back. I will go through my bank if I have to but, would like to give them the chance to do the right thing and maybe warn others about their website so others do not go through the same process I had to.

This case will be reviewed by a complaint specialist at the Better Business Bureau, and then forwarded to the business for their response. It is our policy to allow the business 30 working days to respond to your complaint. You will be notified when the business has responded.

This company is fraudulent and trash

Read the reviews before you deal with this company wish I did. You place an order and it sits in “ordered” status. You reach out to the company they never respond unless you threaten to leave a bad review then you get a generic response. I would suggest some different headphones that will actually ship out when they say they will and actually respond to your inquiries. Now I just want my money back from this fraudulent company.

They do not fit well and always fall…

When you put them back in the case, sometimes they automatically turn off and sometime they don't. I have problems getting them to pair with my ipad and stay connected.

Great choice, just try them trust me

First off, I love the design of these headphones. The carrying case is nice and small, charges the headphones when you're on the go, and has a great magnetic feature that pulls the headphones into the case properly to charge. One odd thing is that the right earbud goes on the left and vice versa. The battery life and range is pretty good too. The sound quality is pretty good for the price point - clear and crisp.

DONT BUY!
They only offer refunds within 30 days of purchase EVEN IF THIS PRODUCT BREAKS DOWN..the normal 1 year receipt warranty doesn't apply to this company apparently.
After I sent around 10 emails repeatedly stating the set have broken & wont pair up, then suddenly do pair up, then again stop pairing (clearly faulty).....I just had a scripted reply (30 days only) with no consideration that the pods are faulty.

DONT BUY THIERS..get a pair from AMAZON at least you have a solid business that will listen to your issues and not repeat a scripted response in their favour...
All this stress for wasn't worth the cheap price!!!

Hey Paul, the refund policy is posted on the website stating that we can process a refund or replacement within 30 days from delivery date. 30 days is an ample amount of time to use the pods and to determine if they were defective. Upon checking, we did not receive any contact from you within 30 days from the receipt date and you did not purchase an extended 12-month warranty that was offered upon checkout when your order was placed. If you can send us proof that you have advised us about the issue within the 30 days from the receipt date, we can either refund or replace your order.

I've received my Pods as early as…

I've received my Pods as early as expected and having trouble pairing it, so I've contacted their support and they've provided me instructions on how to fix it and Viola! It has been fixed! Easypeasy. Great product, reasonable price and best support team! Thanks guys!
