Very happy with my purchase and delivery. Only problem was I didn’t know there wasn’t a regulator in the box, so had to go to a local Machine Mart to buy one before I could start work.

The 1st lawnmower I received, it wouldn't run properly. Automatic choke problem. Phoned up customer service and they organised collection & a new one was sent out. Really fast - excellent. The replacement arrived. Worked perfectly. So all round 5 stars for their prompt & seamless service.

Delivery was extremely slow, took over a week to pick from the shelf ?? and product is now not working properly.

Almost perfect excellent despatch times however courier left entire delivery in garden didn't ring bell or notify my wife the first she knew she phoned me to come home from work to put it safely away high value goods dumped and ran I'm very annoyed about this previous bad experiences with couriers if you check my account all products amazing i could easily spend lots of money with you

Just looking through the catalog is extremely exciting and when i found the jack i wanted and at the price that was better than expected. The short wait for delivery and the excitement of opening the box and seeing red jack that was better then expected and easy use , the small space it goes under and the hight it lifts makes it a great little jack

ordered an aircon unit online as they were one of the few places left with any stock, although it was expensive for what it was. i ordered and paid on Monday with delivery within 3 working days. Email arrived on Wednesday saying they had no more stock and would refund my money, not sure how a stock system for a major company allows you to take orders without the stock to fulfil them. Poor show from machine mart

My experienced was mixed, I could have easily put 1 star but could easily of put 5 stars so 3 is probably fair.
I ordered a wheel barrow and when it arrived you could tell it was a return product by looking at the condition of the box upon further inspection I opened the box to wheel barrow but the inside of the wheel barrow to be damaged scratched down to metal increasing rusting rate and for the fittings kit to be missing so even if the wheel barrow was in good condition I wouldn’t be able to build it. I phoned customer services up straight away and I emailed pictures over and they accepted that I the pictures did indicate the damaged wasn’t good and agreed to sort the issue, they contacted my local store and luckily enough they had the exact wheel barrow built up in store so I went the exchanged it probably in store for 20mins as they have to go through a unique web returns process what they don’t do very often but everything was explained properly and I got what I wanted the same day
