Great no fuss service
Great, no fuss service from Machine Mart.
Lift arrived 4 days after ordering it.
Delivery guy had a trolly jack & wheeled the lift right up to my garage door (a must have, unless you have a couple of mates to help you)
All the nuts & bolts required to assemble the bike lift were there, but not enough washers were supplied. Nothing a dozen or so M8 penny washers didn’t sort out.
Bike lift itself is a great bit of kit. Not relied on the wheel clamp yet, used the centre stand on 1 bike & paddock stand on the other so far. Hopefully no more kneeling or laying on the ground for me.

Delivery service non existent
Ordered next day delivery and having waited in all day the parcel never arrived?
I rang the following morning to find out what happened to be told DPD had a problem with deliveries even though I tracked it and knew it was at my local DPD warehouse.
I did get a refund for the delivery but lost 2 days with little or no empathy to me.

Good and speedy replacement of damaged compressor
Overall happy. But: Good and bad!
The compressor i ordered was delivered promptly but was damaged, it had been dropped. The box and packaging is not really robust enough.
We had to cover the existing box in packaging tape to get it strong enough to be collected.
The damaged unit was collected really promptly and a replacement provided, again promptly. So good and bad.
Very happy with second compressor, but a bit peeved that the first unit was delivered broken.
