Machine Mart were very good at sorting out a problem created by their parcel company DPD. Having paid extra for delivery on the Monday I eventually received the order on the Thursday! Machine Mart kindly paid for the timed delivery on the Thursday and refunded the extra I had paid for the faster delivery. Excellent service but they should really sort out DPD because that will influence how other customers perceive their service.

Fan arrived dented and day after it was due after paying for next day delivery.

Ordered two Clarke took chests. Both arrived badly damaged. The return was handled OK but they tried to fob me off with a paltry £35 payoff each to keep the items, one of which was scrap. Items were returned and eventually replacements arrived - now almost 3 weeks since original order. Once again both badly damaged. Another paltry offer of mean refund or return, I pointed out the commercial folly of incurring yet more shipping fees and the4 (high) risk of yet another smashed delivery. Eventually agreed a moderately acceptable settlement as I could beat the bent panels back into some sort of shape. Mean, non-customer-focussed and utterly unapologetic. The products? Extra heavy duty double skinned steel are they? Hooey. They're thin, tinny, certainly not double skinned (I can't imagine what they are referring to with that description) and so flimsy they can't stand knocks and drops in transit even though well packed. A decent enough product for all that but not what's described. Add that to their disastrous shipping capabilities and they're lucky I have to give them one star.

Shelving delivered following day after ordering,upon assembling I discovered a part missing i contacted Head Office and received the missing part in post a few days later,after that I ordered another shelving (in which I needed) came following day in which all components correct, very impressed with Machine Mart well done.

Ordering & paying was easy. However on the evening before the due delivery date got an email to say there would be a slight delay, it did arrive 3 days later.
The delivery service was excellent with timely notifications and delivery.

All in all it does the job keeping up stairs , landing,2beds.and shower room down from 35degc to 26-28 Deg c it's a bit noisy when running at high speed but I would not be without it now and I should have bought this last year as it seems the summers are getting warmer
