Surveyor arrived at the agreed time.Provided helpful guidance and options and gave us a competitive price with an installation date to fit around our known commitments. The fitters arrived on the agreed date and time, respected our property and took time out to explain the sequence of work. Over the two days they were with us both fitters were engaging whilst remaining professional and focused on the job and provided a thorough walk through on completion of all the work, leaving us with no cleaning or tidying up to do.
As a retired builder I have seen many examples both good and bad over the years but rarely come across two trades people who clearly cared about the job they were doing and the overall customer experience. Great guys backed by a company that has shown it cares about the service they provide.

Very polite fitters immaculate workmanship dust sheeted my whole house and left everything clean and tidy. As a retired person I was impressed that they took my blinds down and reinstalled.
Sales man was very polite and didn’t do the pushy sales.

We had 13 windows 2 doors and a patio doors installed over 4 days last week. We are really pleased. Brad and Brendon were polite and kept us informed what they were doing each day can’t thank them enough and they cleaned up before leaving each day.

Back in 2019 we got cold called by this company, the guy proceeded to tell me that the windows I had were shot and needed replacement. It”s a 300 year old cottage we know they’re not great but we’d only just moved in and it’s on a list a very long list. This was the start of years of cold calling despite repeated requests for them to not bother us and then the phone calls were weekly after repeated requests to not do so. You block their number you just get called from a different number. I have made formal requests for them to remove my details from their system and there was a break in the phone calls so I thought they finally listened until yesterday so now I’m going to proceed legally to stop their harassment through the ICO because they are now breaking the law by not deleting my information. They have lost my business before we even got a quote from them. Terrible behaviour

We love our new composite door from Majestic, not the cheapest by far BUT customer service skills before installation and afterwards are abyssmal. I rang on repeated occasions to actually get an install date from them which they eventually gave, we have had no after sales contact at all and options regarding the door, which were never discussed with us at the initial meeting are now emerging. Having rung a few times to try and resolve we are going to another company now. **UPDATE** To try and preserve our guarantee asking Majestic to sort the door lock as now it's sticking and on inspection has been fitted poorly. The door has dropped and we are waiting for the part.... Never any contact from Majestic it's me chasing all the time.

Me and my partner had 30 year old windows that desperately needed replacing, a few of our neighbours used majestic and had nothing but good things to say, so we gave them a call to get a price, the salesman who came out to see us was nothing but professional and courteous helping us get the right windows we needed. Now onto the fitting the two lads that fitted our windows were excellent! Cleaned up nicely and wouldn’t even know they had been round. Fantastic company, fantastic service. Would highly recommend!

Top quality windows and doors. Very impressed with the fitting but the reason I am writing this review is I had my door 4 years ago and I had an issue with the lock, within 24 hours majestic has replaced and restored my door to perfect working order. Thank you to Kate and Paul for the great after sales service.

A couple of days after installation one of the glass panes cracked from one side to the other. Majestic refused to rectify until payment made for the whole job and accused me of being unable to pay. There was a complete absence of empathy from the CS team. The fitter who came to replace the sealed units was great, as were the original fitters. I was told a change to the manufacturing process caused the issue and this wasn’t an uncommon fault.

High pressure sales tactics. Unlike the other companies we've had come around to quote they said that if we wanted a 40% discount we'd have to make a decision on the spot before they left. Avoid.

Two windows dropped due to manufacturing error, this should have been spotted when windows were installed. A nice guy called Gavin came round, he had to take the 2windows out and redo them. Also pointed out the shoddy plastering, one in bedroom this was a second attempt could've been done better maybe beading round the window. Also kitchen window outside was poor plastering which we saw every day, Gavin kindly put beading on this which looks better. There's still rubbish on our plastic outside which we've been told twice would be removed. On completion we weren't asked to inspect the work, just to sign completion. I feel we've not had the best service from Majestic, and are being fobbed off was told rubbish would be removed last week,still waiting. We could remove this but paid enough for Windows and the company states all rubbish will be removed. They don't say how long though!!

Nice people in the office / showroom which is just down the road from us in Cheddar. The window fitters, Gavin and Connor were great and did a perfect job with care and attention. Our flush anthracite UPVC (or is it PVCU?) windows look extremely smart and stylish.

We would recommend this company to anybody. The price was competitive. The saleman's approach was that we needed to sign up on his first visit to guarantee the discounted price - but I'm sure they will honour it if you take a couple of weeks to make up your mind.

We recently had our kitchen window and garage door replaced, by a very professional father and son fitting team from Majestic. The product and standard of work was exemplary and the salesman, surveyor and fitters were all first class and very professional.In particular, the fitters were experienced, tidy, helpful and cleared up well and deserve high praise. The product is of a very high standard and the overall experience was a delight. Thank you.

Such a bad experience guy turnt up with apprentice but wasent an apprentice as was just doing for money witch I get everyone has to learn somewhere but wen its not actually an apprentice becouse she doesn't want to learn that and just there for money shouldn't be aloud dident clean up properly dented and marked walls super glue down my curtains witch may I add my curtains were way past the wall so no reason to get marked tryed to put old windows up against my new garage door witch luckily I was coming back from school and told her not to put there so I refused to pay becouse window glass had scratch one had a chip out the plastic and front door needed a proper lock as only put a cheep one in cuz they never ordered the write one came back tryed to fix the plastic but could still see it so said I wanted new frame second peice of glass was scratched up worse than the first
Sam manager in the office is vile rude and talks to his customers like crap wen you have an issue doesn't take your full story into consideration and a really shabby sorry

I asked Majestic to come and look at some of their windows that have blown and showing internal condensation. Despite the windows having a 10 year guarantee they say this is invalidated once the house is sold (I bought the house two years after the windows had been installed). “This has always been our policy” they snivel. What a miserable company. I certainly won’t use them for anything.

We have been delighted with our recent experience with Majestic Designs in Cheddar. We wanted to upgrade our windows, but due to the nature of our old Victorian home, it was never going to be straightforward. Everyone we met from Majestic (including sales, surveyors and installation teams) have been professional, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Our new windows have now been fitted and the improvement to our home is staggering. Locally made windows, supplied by local experts. We could not be happier.

today I had my new front bedroom window fitted and I am so impressed by the product and the speed being made as I was first told around 10 weeks but I had in just 3 weeks and the 2 guys who fitted the window could not have done enough for me and I now intend to order a new window for the rear of the house

From the quote to the work being done it was flawless - fantastic communication and the installers were not only friendly but extremely conscious that they made very little mess and disruption - absolutely over the moon with my new front door and bi-fold door
