We’ve had 17 windows replaced in August. The design and quality is very good. We had 3 fitters who were brilliant and left the house each night spotless. I would recommend fully.

This is the second time I have used Majestic and again the service was first class. It was nice to have the same installers back over five years after our previous install. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful and the products are great. Thanks again

Had a upvc door and some new windows to replace old, blown ones. Very efficient, professional job with minimal disruption. Finished, done & dusted in less than a day. Fitters answered all questions and went above and beyond with our out of true back door opening and tricky oversize cat flap. Also some window openings needed work to position the windows more correctly than before. Very pleased and would thoroughly recommend.

This is the second time I have used Majestic, they fitted my windows last year and now have done my doors. As last time I felt safe and reassured that the job they did was both excellent quality and good value. Thank you Majestic!! Saving up for a conservatory next!!

Friendly and helpful salesman came out and quoted for our windows and doors. Product looked fantastic and price was very good. Have decided to use them, will update when installation is complete.

A gentleman knocked on our door unasked saying they were working in our area and would we like a quote as our front windows could benefit from being replaced and there was a special offer if we accepted a quote.
We agreed to someone calling the following day to discuss our options.
This gentleman called and immediately went into minute details about the company, surveys, payments etc etc and took great offence when we said unless we knew the cost there was no point in giving us so much background information and left abruptly.
We will consider replacement windows and if we decide to proceed sadly it will not be with your company.

Had replacement windows fitted by Majestic and over the moon with everything. Excellent service from start to finish. The communications I had with the installations department were great - was always made to feel that nothing was too much of a problem and everyone was always very helpful.
Can't praise this company and their products enough. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

What a great service from start to finish.Sam the surveyor explained everything perfectly and was very thorough.We were given a installation date which was stuck by.The fitters came on that date(Nathan and Brendan)they have been with the company for 20 odd years ,so were extremely experienced.What a fantastic job they done😊.When they finish they cleaned up all of there mess and were very polite.Will be using Majestic again in the future.

Recently purchased windows from majestic, this is the third time I’ve used this company after they did my conservatory in 2019. The fitters, office staff and the sales people were a pleasure to deal with. I had 5 quotes and this was the only company I felt comfortable to sign on the dotted line. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Don't normally get involved with online reviews, but thought I would on this occasion because of the great service we have experienced from Majestic Designs. Price was good, salesman explained everything well, surveyor also very good taking his time to run through everything with us, and the fitters were spot on, everything finished well, and all left clean and tidy. Can't really fault anything. Thank you, I will recommend you to my friends and family.

My second job done by Majestic Designs and again they didn't disappoint. We had some work done last year and it completely changed the look of the house so was thrilled to be able to come back to Majestic for another few bits this year. I really can not fault anyone at their company. The office staff are always so lovely the sales man was again so friendly and so professional. The fitting teams are just brilliant, at one point i asked them to stop and have a cup of tea with me because they didn't have any breaks they just cracked on and got the job done. They were an absolute dream to have in our house again. Normally when you have people working in the house it feels quite stressful but the lads were wonderful. Everything was left so clean and tidy, they show so much respect for your home its a real pleasure to have them here. The next job hopefully will be our conservatory... if I can sweet talk hubby that is! With out any doubt if and when we do we will be coming to see Majestic again. Thank you for another fantastic job.

Had a door fitted on Friday and really happy with it. The best product that we saw by a country mile. Brilliant fitters and really friendly office staff. Will definitely be using them again.

Poor don’t bother we bought a new conservatory for £25000 supposed to be hot in winter cool in summer and today on an average cloudy day and it’s over 100 degrees and when we’ve called to say about it they say it’s how it should be, that’s not right customer service has been terrible just get fobbed off they put hooks on are doors which were wonky and didnt work so had to come and move them now we’ve got extra holes that they just filled in with filler poor don’t waste your money give your money to a company who will give you what you pay for and proper customer services

First of all, take everything the salesman says with a big pinch of salt! The 'team' which was sent out was one man (for a lot of windows) and he was SELF EMPLOYED. He worked hard - no doubt about it - but caused a great deal of damage to walls, ceilings, stair case etc. Nothing that couldn't be remedied, but it should not have happened. As for not having to pay until you are completely satisfied - as the last window was finished, he had the bill in his hand and demanded immediate payment! No, we aren't completely satisfied! The locks are a problem - we didn't expect them to be such rubbish quality (and you can actually open them with a children's lolly stick!) But the worst thing of all was the leaking window in the sitting room. It's a big window - and the rain was pouring in, soaking the curtains, blinds and carpet. Turns out that a lip, above the window, was collecting water - why was there a lip above the window? Our other windows didn't have this. The trouble shooter came to fix it - with his gunk gun. It looks dreadful. I could cry as I write this - we paid a lot of money for this rubbish and we aren't happy.

I had Majestic windows come out and give a price for 7 windows and a door.
The price seemed to be good and I agreed.
Paid a deposit and the survey was done. I was told that it would about the end of September which was fine but when had call from them to book the windows to be fitted they had to have 2 days in row to do it. I asked if it could be on to separate days which they replied it would not be possible.so I said I would let them know so I could sort out someone to hear. With in two days of that phone call THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER,!!
And said it was my fault.USELESS FIRM
