We had majestic windows and designs supply and install our windows. I would personally not recommend them based on installation. During lockdown we had to replace our old windows, had 7 quotes and sales pitches from national and local window companies. Majestic had a great sales pitch, the products offered seems reasonably priced for the quality. The inspectors assessment was great. However on day of installation all the windows had scuff damages caused by what we were told dust in the factory which caused a chip in the same place on every windows. So on day of install these had to be replaced. Keen to get on with the work, majestic did a good job of getting replacements and getting job done same day but I fear at the expense of rushing the install to get paperwork signed and over the line. I have no issues at that point. However during the winter months we had draughts through most windows and doors and several windows were significantly draughty measure by blinds moving, thermal differential of 10 degrees or more in some cases. Majestic we’re arguing that the install was correct and the draughts were the fault of our 20 year old house. They said they would stick some silicon to cover gaps which they did. The draughts have reduced but they are still there. Majestic we’re adamant there were no more problems. But the thermal imaging device and the draughts blowing our blinds told us otherwise. So we had to get independent inspection paid for by our selves to verify there was one notable problem on one window. The rest were within acceptable tolerance. The problem we had with majestic wasn’t the fact there were some installation bugs. But the attitude of the after service care who didn’t believe or accept our concerns were valid. To this day we are having whistling and draughts through some of the windows which I guess we will have to live with as it’s our houses fault. By reading other reviews most seem to have great experience, I guess we were unlucky and bad timing during COVID. The products seem good quality but the rushed installation is what in my opinion what has lead to these faults. During a normal install I can see that everything may have been fine. I personally wouldn’t recommend majestic based on our experience. Not everything can be perfect all the time, but the manner in which a company listens is a how a company should be judged.

From first contact through to highly professional craftsmanship we were massively impressed by the quality of the installation of our replacement windows. The task was completed in a single day with minimum disruption and with clearly evident customer focus. The post job tidy up was also exceptionally thorough. In all a very positive experience while future proofing our property.

Simple, lean to conservatory 4 x 3m, all glass with a box gutter connecting to the roof of the bungalow. Scruffy salesman said it was a simple job and could be installed within a month. Very pleased with the look of it but it has leaked, both from the joints in the glass roof and the box gutter. Majestic have been back 7 times to fix the leaks, and it started leaking again 23rd Dec 2021. So disappointed that we spent £20k on a conservatory not fit for purpose. Update Dec 2022: Still leaking after 10 attempts to fix. So fed up with this company.

So .. like any customer I phoned and enquired about a couple of windows for my house. The gent that I spoke with was a 10 out of 10 but ... the sales person which came not so much ...Came in with his shoes on ...placed his suitcase which had wheels and was dirty on my couch ... all good and lovely ... asked him to take his shoes off to go upstairs thinking that he would get the hint ... he took them off ... went upstairs did a couple of measurements and after ... I heared him taking a seat on my bed ... got up went to the bathroom did the measurement shut the door went for a pee flushed ( at least , bear in mind he never asked ) came downstairs and finished talking with his t-shirt out of this trousers ... My complain is not to reflect the company ... but the sales person ..

In four different jobs, we have had all our widows, outside doors and our porch replaced by this company. We can only recommend them HIGHLY
All jobs were executed quickly, perfectly, cleanly executed and the quality of the windows and doors is amazing. They clean up well and are careful not to disturb you any more than necessary. Shame we had all jobs done now ... there is not reason for them to come back ;)
