Very bad experience
Very disappointed with the level of service and care taken by this agent - which ultimately cost us money. When we tried explaining our issues they had very sloping shoulders and made every attempt to wriggle out of it!
They were terrible at returning calls, we kept being passed around from rep to rep throughout the process and it was soon apparent that they had no eye for detail. For example, our Rightmove listing had been live for a week before we spotted it was showing our home being situated next to a sewage works - which our house was nowhere near! They didn't seem to understand our problem when we asked for it to be corrected, and this nonchalant behaviour wasn't great considering we paid them nearly twice as much as PurpleBricks or such like. We therefore expected far more.
Post sale they had no intention in helping with the issues we had to resolve and it soon became apparent there was no paper trail their end to help resolve the issue. This left us in complete limbo and the when we expressed our frustration they didn't care one bit!
Honestly - if you are considering selling your home, think long and hard before appointing these guys.
