The 4 stars correspond to some delay in shipping, which is rather expensive due to infamous Brexit, which is not Marrkt responsibility at all, at fastness , which do is theirs.

Excellent quality—trust that what you see is exactly what you get; and the level of detail around sizing is very high and accurate. Great value for shipping and items, with no hassle returns should something not fit as expected or some other reason. Not a paid review, just love the service.

This time I bought mountaineering hard shell boots from Scarpa. They are in perfect shape and sole with very light use; once again, this buying by Marrkt is a bargain, as the condition and description of the item was as it really is, which is remarkable nowadays 👍🏼.

As a buyer, the customer experience feels impeccably finessed. However, problems with the operation pronounce themselves when returning ill-fitting garments.

At present, I am waiting on confirmation of the refund/commensurate store credit for a garment acknowledged as returned more than a week ago. (The advised processing period for returns runs to seven days.) To me, this suggests that the operation is skewed disproportionately towards the business of getting orders out of the door, at the expense of the more tedious (but necessary) administrative aspects of the business. So, before committing to any purchases, prospective buyers might do well to consider their affordances a little more holistically. (How much time are you you willing to give to something that may or may not work for you?)
