Always a great selection of items from quality brands. Images and sizing are always accurate. Easy returns too if you need to.

As a buyer, the customer experience feels impeccably finessed. However, problems with the operation pronounce themselves when returning ill-fitting garments.

At present, I am waiting on confirmation of the refund/commensurate store credit for a garment acknowledged as returned more than a week ago. (The advised processing period for returns runs to seven days.) To me, this suggests that the operation is skewed disproportionately towards the business of getting orders out of the door, at the expense of the more tedious (but necessary) administrative aspects of the business. So, before committing to any purchases, prospective buyers might do well to consider their affordances a little more holistically. (How much time are you you willing to give to something that may or may not work for you?)

Article was exactly as described, arrived very swiftly, and I won’t be returning it, thank you. I’ve been a seller for some time but this was my first purchase. Nice to have a feel for that now!

Grate quality clothing

I have been a customer of Marrkt for a number of years and have always had a great experience. In particular their customer service is attentive, professional and efficient.

I have only ever bought one item but was very impressed with the service . Delivery was prompt and I was kept up to date and informed of progress . Item was as described and in good condition. I do think there seems to be a preponderance of jackets on the daily drop but I suppose you can only promote what is in stock and people have sent . A well run site IMHO .

Marrkt's a great company. My shopping was super easy, customer service was top-notch, and they helped me quickly when I called.

Basically my whole wardrobe is from Marrkt now, I prefer shopping here as they post measurements clearly on all items - this is how you dress well, guys. Fit is king. And it’s essentially better than buying new; which at best is a vague guess on sizing trying to figure out how similar you are to the model ‘who is wearing a size M’

Plus shout out to the guys taking photos, always have super transparent studio lighting and consistent colour accuracy.

Also lightning fast delivery. Next day on +20 orders in the last 12 months.

If you were buying any of this stuff new, it would cost way more. So not only are you getting high quality clothing at a significant discount, you’re keeping it out of landfills.

I bought a pair of boots from Marrkt but had to return them due to sizing issues. The company confirmed receipt of my returned item on May 13th and stated that the refund would be processed within 7 working days.
It has now been well past their promised timeframe, and I still haven't received my money back, nor have I received any updates regarding the delay. I have tried reaching out to them through multiple channels—including email and Instagram direct messages—to follow up on this issue, but they are completely ignoring my messages. Zero response.
Taking customers' money and returned goods while refusing to communicate is completely unacceptable. The after-sales service is absolutely appalling. Avoid buying from here unless you are 100% sure you won't need to return anything!
Updates:
Today is 26/05/2026, 13 days after the return received. Still nothing, no response, no updates, and let's see when this will be solved eventually. I just verified my account and will keep updating how it goes.
Today is 27/05/2026, 14 days after the return was received. Received confirmation email that the refund is in process.

Wide selection of good garments, at reasonable prices - a very tempting marketplace!

Absolutely brilliant. Site is easy to navigate, with clear photos of everything and proper measurements of all clothing. Delivery was quick and all items were in great condition. Returned one item as it didn't fit properly, and the returns process was really simple. Highly recommend.

Website could do with more filters, and dispatch not lightning quick, but I'd certainly recommend Marrkt as a great place to clothes shop for better brands.
