Bought several Christmas presents and have a lot of happy friends and family.
Lovely pieces of jewellery, arrived in a nice presentation box really quickly.

Very poor quality and bad design hoop earrings. Doubt they are sterling silver, very thin and trashy looking. The piece that goes through your ear is so thin I expect it to break after a couple of wears. The pieces that thread on the hoop simply drop off when you put in your ear - there is no end stoppers. Already I’ve lost pieces off them when trying to wear for first time. Looks like parts are just assembled.

What a brilliant find , this site is amazing gorgeous well made reasonably priced jewellery, lovely packaging to. The customer service is 10 out of 10 , just fab!!. 👌☃️.

Terrible customer service. I purchased a necklace which was terribly poor quality. No returns info and no reply from company when I contacted them . AVOID

Update..I did receive a refund however the jewellery review remains the same

Purchased a pair of earrings and the wire broke after only one wear. I took it to a jeweller for repair - turns out the earring was PLATED silver, and he had to get it re-plated. Supposed to be sterling silver. I since found out from the repair jeweller that it is sterling silver covered with plated silver - to make it shiny apparently. I still feel the earring should not have broken after one wear.

Terrible service, Ordered, received email when it was arriving, Didn't arrive,I emailed them they said they could see it and the courier would deliver next day, It didn't arrive, I am beginning to wonder if it ever will, (It was supposed to have been a Birthday gift) one more day and a refund will be requested through my paypal. And will never order again from Martha Jackson jewellery. (update not arrived today either
I Spoke to customer services they said when it arrives I can send it back, I said if it ever does arrive? refund will be asked for.)
And what could you resolve "now" ?
I have submitted my order number to you, To me this is just lip service to show other people that you do read there reviews, but do absolutely nothing about your shoddy delivery service I do wish Martha jackson all the best in the future providing they use a good courier service, but alas I will not be using again, It was as I say a Birthday gift, Which was both embarrassing and disappointing on my part, And would have been for anyone.

Bought a 20" silver curb chain from this company and it has just arrived. The delivery was quick and the item is stunning. The gift box is also lovely. Would definitely recommend

Terrible customer service.
I bought a +200£ watch in august. The parcel was lost and now it's late november and i'm STILL waiting on either getting my order or my money back.

Really liked my pearl necklace but so disappointed when it broke and I was told if could not be mended.
It lasted 9 months

Very poor quality, earrings bought as a gift went funny colour in box never used . Seller not interested in replacing because 6 months old . Bought 2 pairs never again. Don’t buy quality really poor, service dreadful

So much beautiful jewellery to choose from. Lots of quirky designs, that you don’t see on everyone. Easy website to order from and great communication along the way. Soooo pleased with my new earrings, even nicer than I expected, so boujee.

Had a problem. 1st parcel didn’t arrive for Mother’s Day , emailed customer service, sent out a replacement , so happy with the necklace

I ordered a heart locket for my sister. It arrived within a couple of days and I was very pleased with the product.

Ordered a gift, paid for next day, didn’t turn up. Then called and they said they would send out for Sat delivery, that didn’t turn up either. First one turned up a day late. No emails sent at all with tracking, yes we did check spam. Not sure if it is MJ or Royal Mails fault, but twice failure is not good at all. They want us to send one back, but we only have 1. Just a shambles of an experience.

I ordered a ring and when it arrived it was too small. It was exchanged swiftly and easily for the correct size and I found the staff at Martha Jackson very helpful throughout the process. Ring is lovely too!

Very disappointed with the earrings as the production quality is very bad. After a couple wear the glue loosed off the silver and stone gone. However I was willing to accept a replacement stone for one side of earring but was told by Martha Jackson they haven't got any stone in stock to replace it and the warranty ran out. I bought it sometime last year and wore it couple times just on a special occasion and the stone loose off the glue and lost. This shouldn't have happened after two wear. The glue isn't good manufacturing is poor quality for the price of a tiny earring £18.00 might as well go Primark and buy one for a £1 wear once and throw away i be saving £17 at the end. This earring quality is very weak and a big waste of money. Not worth it i promise you waste 💯 😕
