Beautiful jewellery. Exceptional service. An extremely helpful person answered the phone straight away and personally checked the items I enquired about, even doing their own research for suitability of a brooch for a specific use. Basic delivery option was superfast. I was able to buy 2 items, then return one item with no fee. The day after posting the unwanted item back, I received a personal email to say that they had made the refund. I would not hesitate to recommend Martha Jackson.

Unique and lovely!
I've bought from Martha Jackson via Etsy previously but went direct this time.
I love their unique designs and that they use recycled silver. You don't get anything like this on the hight street and they are very well priced.
Delivery is quick and the jewellery is well packaged.

Incredible customer service!!
Incredible customer service, I can’t fault them at all! I messaged on a Sunday evening with a self-inflicted gift box disaster (dropped water allover it and it was somebody else’s) and I got a response within minutes, with the new gift box sent straight out to me the next day.
I couldn’t have wished for better customer service and will be buying their gorgeous products really soon.
Absolutely wonderful business. Would recommend to anyone!

Bought a silver locket online, having given up trying to find a classic, simple design in the stores. It was absolutely beautiful, perfectly inscribed. This company will be my first port of call when looking for something special and really good quality.

Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service. I ordered a necklace which I quickly realised wasn't what I thought it was,. I emailed three times in a week to cancel the order with no response. The item came, I recieved an email weeks later. I returned the item as requested and have emailed again since with no response and no refund. It has been 3 weeks or more now. Terrible terrible customer service, still unsure if I will be getting my money back
