I’ve ordered from you many times before your products are very very good. The problem this time was the delivery if it wasn’t for a neighbour informing us that a parcel had been left by a lamppost three or four properties away from ours we would’ve never received this parcel
I’ve been honest with you and didn’t report it missing due to a Shadi delivery
May I suggest you investigate this with your delivery company?
We will order from you again, thank you very much Simon Smith SGS Woodworking solutions Limited

Good Afternoon Simon,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, Simon, and for your continued custom. We’re really pleased to hear that you’ve always been happy with the quality of our products, although we’re very sorry that the delivery fell short on this occasion.
Leaving a parcel by a lamppost several properties away from the delivery address is certainly not the standard of service we expect from our delivery partners. We completely understand your frustration, and we appreciate your honesty in letting us know that you were eventually able to locate the parcel rather than reporting it as missing.
We’ll be raising this with the delivery company so that we can investigate what happened and address the issue with them. If you ever experience an issue with a delivery, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service team — we’re always happy to help and will do what we can to assist in resolving any problems.
We’re sorry again for the inconvenience caused, and we’re grateful that despite this experience, you’ll continue to order from metals4U. We look forward to serving you again.
Kind Regards,

Oh dear!!!!
You delivered my order while I was on holiday even though I told you I wasn't available, and I gave you an alternative date the following week, then when you did deliver you put the RSJ on my neighbours drive...so well done.

Antwort von metals4U
Good Afternoon John,
We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with how your delivery was handled, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.
Due to the weight of the RSJ, we were unable to send the order through a standard courier service and instead arranged delivery using a private vehicle. These vehicles cost several hundred pounds per delivery, so to keep the service as cost-effective as possible, we group deliveries together and route them into suitable delivery runs. For this type of delivery, we advise a 5–7 working day timescale.
I can see that, when the delivery was booked, you advised that you would not be available to accept the delivery until 01/10, but that the RSJ could be left on the drive if required. While we always try to accommodate specific delivery requests where possible, the nature of these pre-planned haulier routes can make it difficult to change the delivery date once the route has been booked. On this occasion, we therefore passed the safe-place instruction on to the haulier.
We’re sorry that the delivery was not completed in the way you had expected, particularly with the RSJ being left on your neighbour’s drive. We appreciate your frustration and will take your feedback on board when handling similar deliveries in future.
Kind Regards,
metals4U
