Delivery problems were the only hitch
Delivery problems were the only hitch. As usual, M4U assembled and dispatched the order quickly and accurately, but the carrier moved the delivery date twice, inferring each time that this was by my request - which it most certainly was not. Inconvenient for me, and irritating to then wrongly attribute that action to my request.

Good morning,
Thank you for your honest review and for your continued support of metals4U.
We're pleased to hear that, as usual, your order was assembled and dispatched quickly and accurately. We're sorry, however, that the carrier changed the delivery date twice and, even more frustratingly, indicated that these changes had been made at your request when they had not. We completely understand how inconvenient and irritating this must have been, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

The sheet aluminium was wrapped however…
The sheet aluminium was wrapped however the panel was bent on one corner and the non covered sides had multiple scratches on all three sheets.
1. September 2026
Antwort von metals4U
Good Morning Philip,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
The aluminium sheet that was ordered was mill finish, which is supplied with protective film on one side only. The reverse side is unprotected and can therefore have surface marks and scratches from handling and storage. This is a normal characteristic of the product rather than damage to the protected finish.
However, the bent corner is not expected, and we are sorry that the sheet arrived in this condition. If you could email photographs of the damage to info@metals4u.uk, we can review these and organise a replacement for you.
Kind Regards,

Value for money and fast service
It's the second time I order here for my work. Dispatched promptly, cut to desired sizes, prices are clear when selecting your material and sizes. I fully recommend ordering here. The only minus could be the cuttings which need to be cleaned and polished afterwards (but given the price it could be understood).
