From start to finish your communication was exceptional, always available to help and always kept us well informed throughout what proved to be quite a testing sale, not through the fault of yourselves but down to the difficult personal situation we found ourselves in.

Our sale was a probate sale following the death of a parent. All Michael Poole staff took this into account and I felt like I was treated with empathy and respect.
