I recently purchased a property through Michael Poole, Nunthorpe and I cannot thank Victoria Wood enough for her continued support and guidance throughout the full process. The communication between me and Victoria was spectacular as she kept me fully updated with my properties progress and was quick to answer any call with any query I had. Victoria is so friendly and approachable, my experience would not have been the same without her. Thank you to everyone at Michael Poole, Nunthorpe. I would definitely recommend and would not think twice about using you again in the future.

From start to finish, Tracy Bennett at the Nunthorpe Branch was fantastic, supportive and informative!

As a first time seller, Tracy provided all information to me to help guide me through the process and what to expect. They also put me in touch with a conveyancer to help with managing the full process of selling our house as quickly as practical, as we are relocating due to work.

We marketed our house on the Thursday, had a wave of viewings and offers coming in over the weekend, and we accepted an asking price offer on the Tuesday!

Tracy responded to my enquiries very quickly and helped kept things progressing until our completion, which was around 6 weeks from offer. We had a lovely FTB family and we had no onward chain, and we are now able to look for our next home as chain-free buyers.

David Poole took fantastic photographs of our house which went online on rightmove and onthemarket, etc. The brochure was also fantastic.

I'd highly recommend Tracy Bennett, especially if you're a first time seller! I felt comfortable, updated and confident throughout the entire process, from marketing and arranging viewings to handling offers and completion, with information what happens at each stage of the sale. I would highly recommend Michael Poole to anybody who was looking to Rent , buy or sell a property. I was looking for a suitable rental property for my family, I found many other estate agents would simply not contact me back and one estate agent failed to turn up to a viewing. Fabulous experience with Michael Poole. David Poole valued my late Mum's property which is pretty unique. I really appreciated that he took time to reflect and come back with a considered valuation. We chose to go with the firm as they had an enthusiasm about the property that other firms didn't. The lovely Victoria Wood in the Nunthorpe office handled negotiations for us. This was done in a very professional way. Very important to me as I do not condone gazumping or dodgy dealings! We had 5 offers the first day of viewings!! Victoria kept us fully informed throughout and I truly believe that she managed to achieve best price for us. Bravo Victoria!

Michael Poole Stockton have just sold my property and they have been great from start to finish all the staff at the Stockton have been a pleasure to deal with. We did have the usual delays due to a major time waster trying to low ball us at the last minute but both myself and Michael Poole staff preempted this issue and managed to sell the house for a larger amount to a new buyer with no stress or hassle, I have had dealings with Michael himself 20 years ago as I used to supply his staff with Audi company vehicles from lookers Thornaby and felt it only fair to send my business his way as a way of saying Thanks for the business he had given me as a young car salesman all those years ago, Thanks again and if I need any further help with a property I will definitely be using Michael Poole Estate Agents

I used Michael Poole for their find and tenant service for my apartment. I felt very supported by the rental team at Michael Poole who in essence did everything that was needed. They came and took photos and talked me through the process in person. They arranged a viewing day for 3 prospective tenants which they dealt with without me. They dealt with references and other legalities for the interested tenant including preparation of the Lease. they will be settling my tenant into the property tomorrow. It all went extremely well.

Huge thank you to Craig and Sophie. Not the best experience due to external problems which had nothing to do with Michael Poole Middlesbrough branch. They kept trying to resolve the fencing and gate issue and everything turned out well at the finish. They are a credit to your company and went over and above to help. Nothing was too much trouble and although I called in branch on weekly basis I always felt welcome and would not hesitate to recommend Michael Poole. Absolutely great level of service from Jack Johnson, I sent my documents across and each transaction ran perfectly and i had a reply on what would be needed next and was kept in contactwith throughout, I had missed a document out and I was politely reminded that it would be beneficial to send it across as fast as possible so we could get the process to go faster and more smoothly, thank you for your help Jack.

Awful company, They need to learn how to communicate with prospective purchase. They don't read what you send and then keep you dangling for days to get a call back. Don't give you answers to questions. Twice this has happened. Obviously becoming the High Sherriff of County Durham means more to the owner than running the business.

Matthew did a great job with the photos and virtual tour images. Molly and Debbie worked really hard behind the scenes and helped get us completed before the stamp duty changes. Great team effort to get it over the line!
