i feel sorry for Mitie Clients, i found myself working with illiterate amateur Security Guards at the Islington sites managed by a german liar manager, they r all Low Iq scrapped from the bottom of the Barrel, Taking them to an employment tribunal for loss of earnings, petty manager cost me 2 months suspended with no reason because i requested a manager switch, Nobody could help so cant wait to see the CEO squirming at the Employment Tribunal, my last date is 6th of December, will feed them to No Win No Fee so that they can be Filleted out to the Max, Cowboy Cheapest un-intelligent carniving muppets, cant wait to see them suffer Lawyer fees for the 2 Months that idiot J.O (apparently they lost the Fedex contract Amen) and C.T, Dirty tricks managers,Managers can Bully you and no cares is given and nowhere to get cousel, Please go work for somebody else, illiterate staff is what they are supplying clients with, its a dead end Cowboy company, please avoid.

One of their vans with two occupants blocked in a friend of mine who's vehicle clearly stated it needed a reasonable gap for wheelchair access.

I’ve recently completed some PAT testing at Phoenix Group in Wythall, which is a large building with several thousand tests that took many weeks to complete. Gary Organ and the Mitie team were great. They helped me navigate the building and got me access to anywhere I needed to go. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Andy, Gareth, electrician Gary, security and the catering staff. Cheers guys. Hopefully see you next year.

All management are fully committed to taking the absolute mick of employees.

They talk about you behind your back, share confidential information with other employees.

Bully their staff, force them to over work.
No over time.
No breaks.
No respect.

Sack people for no reason, then cover up when they are at fault!

Utter cowboys. Disgusting company. If you are thinking of applying I would rather sign on!

It's probably better to be homeless than work for these horrible people.

Maybe One Star is not fair as the Front of House staff at NATS are great. But trying to work here at NATS and dealing with Mitie in the stores is another matter. No staff when one goes on holiday. Or one guy who is not interested and is basically lazy. But he has moved to another site. And a storeman who just moans about all the work he has to do to the customer. And maybe if he didn't talk as much he might get some of it done. As for the direct manager, he just papers over the cracks. I do not understand how these people are still working here ! MITIE wake up.

I been with Mitie around 20 years now and theres a audit coming in the next few weeks and all of a sudden everyone is forced to sign training sheets putting a date on it from a few years ago 🤣 sounds like management are trying to cover their selfs once again and guess what Mitie management is that thick they will get away with it as per usual because its always the workers at fault 🤣 stay away from this corrupt company it's a bullying outfit, you get treated like rubbish and the mitie mafia will come for you when you speak up.

My hubby works for mitey treat him like crap always doing over time but today was icing on the cake why clocked out 10 minuits b4 is time Its joke Now loosing hours

Mittie practice Xenophobia and self conceit. I worked for Asda for 10 yrs before redundancy and our last shift with other was meant to be 3rd September 2023. Being a coloured British I was victimised for not continuation working for another role, instead I was pegged to leave the site on 22nd August 2023. A Mittie worker was giving me some white story. Their managerial skill is very poor, the don't attend to staff need. Awful outfit.

Awful. Left the company as an employee in March and started a new job. Realised that I was being emergency taxed as I was STILL considered an employee of Mitie in July. Emailed my managers about it who directed me to HR who said they’d sort it. Waited a week and called again and was transferred twice before being told to call the line manager who just said she’d check and hung up. Thankfully I live by the uni I cleaned at so I can go in and confront them. If I could give a zero I would.

I would have given them a minus review if that was an option. My boss said I am a busy Man and he send a text to stop messaging him for any issues. No management at all. They just send emails about Mitie Quarterly results and the profit they made in millions giving employees minimum wages. That hurts so bad. Just a disgrace

The worst company ever existed. I am a formal employee of a certain company. I used to work in South Bank office, where Mitie staff looking after the building, in terms of cleaning. My mate has been looking for job for a while now. He applied for many positions at Mitie. They couldnt be bothered at least to answer. He has got good potential and experince in cleaning. Doesnt matter anymore. Instead of hiring people with good communication skills and knowledge, they hired people from Brazil saying: No inglis. Dont go to the South Bank office looking for toilet, unless u know where it is, coz they wont be able to help u, so u can imagine, how skilled and good they are. Moreover, they are very very slow workers. Its fine by me, as long, as WPP happy with them. I told my mate, that he speaks too much english, that why they dont want to hire him, as 90% of Mitie staff cant speak english, not even team leaders. Funny thing is when i open mities website i can see indian girls picture etc. So how come you only hire these people from brazil or some other countries where they only speak portugese?? This is England, UK. You need to know more than YES or NO. This whole organization is ridiculous. I am not suprised that company has just 1 star on truspilot. Keep up the good work.

Se inventan las incidencias, para prescindir de los servicios de los empleados,material escaso. Favoritismos con algunos empleados. Salario mínimo permitido.Me he sentido poco o nada escuchado salvo excepciones en la empresa. En general ha sido decepcionante. Me he sentido frustrado al no poder hacer nada por poder cambiar el perjudicial ambiente laboral, pués se me advirtió de que sería duro, pero uno nunca se imagina hasta qué punto.Las veces que me he quejado,solo han servido para perjudicar aún más el ambiente laboral y deteriorar mi estatus laboral y credibilidad como empleado, además de haberse utilizado mis quejas en mi contra. En la hoja de despido difiere TOTALMENTE con lo dicho verbalmente por mi jefe directo. Seguramente seré un ejemplo de mal empleado (para los siguientes pobres trabajadores víctimas) de que no hice bien mi trabajo o que directamente no lo hice y mostré desidia y nulo compromiso con la empresa. Eso es lo que pone de mí en la hoja de despido más o menos y de mi no o negligente trabajo ¡ES MENTIRA PODRIDA! Mi jefe directo hablaba de que si un empleado anterior no devolvía las llaves y que vino la policía..., que si uno llegaba tarde, que si otro pegó a al jefe... ¿de mi dirá a los siguientes futurxs empleadxs lo que pone en mi hoja de despido? Para terminar quiero acabar con un dato demoledor; me acusaron unas compañeras(2), esas mismas causantes de mi drama laboral que yo quitaba el pan de comer a ellas(2) en referencia a que yo hablaba mal de ellas y por ende se quedarían sin un sustento... Don't bother applying for any of their positions. After putting a serious effort into an application, all you will end up with is a rejection email. It doesn't matter what experience you have, how you present yourself through your application - or how fast you reply.You don't even get any feedback when you ask for it. You get nothing.

A certin security officer should be sacked from the company thay terminated my empolyment before i even passed my vetting u need to look more in to a guard whos a bully and a liar

Toxic work environment
Managers do not have any interest in staff welfare.
Bullying and aggressive managers, who seem to actively enjoy being so horrible, you'd swear there's something psychologically wrong with them.
Even if offered twice, three times my salary, I wouldn't work for them again.
