Read the specifics of what is covered. Like most warranty companies they find a way out of a claim. I expect there are better warranty companies that will actually cover what has gone wrong with your vehicle. Refused to cover a complete handbrake failure resulting in a bill of nearly £500!!!

A young man called Scott dealt with my purchase and kept me informed and updated during the whole process.

Alls good until you try to claim
Alls good until you try to claim, had intermittent fault with car gearstick sticking in 2nd gear until engine was turned off. Told they don't do intermittent faults. Told them it had just started and they said I could pay for a garage inspection but no repairs can be done until approval. They then said it could be wear and tear ( which could be any car part). None of my local garages will deal with them, because of the hassle of taking photos and writing reports. They only pay £50 an hr which cuts out the main dealers. Other car companies pay wear and tear and full labour costs(eg cover). I eventually Paid for the repair myself which turned out to be minor. My advice don't bother to claim not worth the paper it's written on.

If I could give NO stars I would
If I could give NO stars I would. Took out this complete waste of time of a "warranty" company after buying a car from another suspicious dealer in Kirkcaldy, Fife. After numerous calls, emails and photographs from their "recommended" garages, I found out the clutch, which was unfortunately already attached to my "used" car was used and not new. i.e. it showed wear. NO WARRANTY COVER. A JOKE of a company. Not worth the paper it's written on. Secondly, as you happily come to the end of your one year "ALL INCLUSIVE WARRANTY" with them, you get bombarded, and I MEAN bombarded, with phone calls and emails asking you to extend your warranty. COMPLETE JOKE. I have had many warranty covers before in my 46 years of driving and NEVER met a more inconclusive company before. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT TAKE OUT. Look independently and watch garages also that offer NO WARRANY themselves in Kirkcaldy, or anywhere, and ONLY offer this alternative.
