I am giving a 5 star rating for the product and the fast reshipment. I am very happy and impressed with the Moon Pod bundle product. They are very comfortable.
It contoured to the body and supports the body frame comfortably. I am happy with the product and the material is very clean.
Although, I would suggest that the call center should remediate on returning phone calls.
Importantly, shipping items on time, is crucially important as product advertisements. Especially the first time buyers/customers.

Utter garbage.
Doesn’t pick up, blocks at the head and runs out of charge in less than 20 minutes.
Refuse a refund if outside of 14 days and want £40 payment to process a refund!

I often wondered if companies write fake reviews. I no longer do. After reading a review saying it was the tops,I purchased a Moonpod. It was a toy. Absolute rubbish, as fake as Donald Trump. Not a great review writer but feel compelled to save people from this scam.

I too was not able to return the moonpod under the guarantee.
The vacuum is inferior and not worth the money.

Absentee customer service; slow shipping and it has been weeks and still NO Moonpod received despite being ordered and confirmed by the company. Incredibly poor customer service!

AVOID AT ALL COST
Do not buy this vacuum cleaner. They are poor quality, loud and flimsy.
They do not return your money like they say they will on the website and customer service is non existent.
Spend the extra $100 and go for a Samsung as they are excellent.

Bloody terrible
Bloody terrible. It doesn't work. Received it in April. The charging cable didn't fit in the charging socket... it fell out so it couldn't charge. A new charger was sent Mid May. Still doesn't fit. No charger. No charge.
Then they send a battery. I received on 27/8/24. Pointless....I can't charge the battery. So tonight they are going to send me a new "host". what the hell is that?
32 emails later... and no working vaccuum since April.
I have repeatedly asked for a refund, but that request is neither mentioned or acknowledged.
DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever! Product was ordered on the 15 Aug and due to be delivered on 26 Aug. Delivery service delivered to a completely wrong address. So I contacted them as well as MoonPod. This is the response “Dear Customer,
Thank you for choosing our products and being satisfied with our services. We are sorry to learn that you have not received the goods we sent, but according to our records and logistics information, your package has been successfully signed for.”
How is it my job to follow up their courier who delivered to the wrong address! What service, what product! I just keep getting told to check my mailbox for an attempted delivery note. There is nothing because the courier did NOT even come into my estate!
Multiple emails and it’s the same response check your mailbox! They clearly do not read the emails at all!
Not a great start of a product that I have yet to receive! Absolutely terrible customer service.
After weeks of back and forth Couriers Please finally had and answer for me and that they had last the my parcel. I forwarded the information to MoonPod to which it was still not good enough.
What sort of business makes the customer follow up their courier service. You are the business you should be sorting it out. They have done nothing on their part and made me do everything!
They finally accepted the fact that the parcel was lost and said I could get a refund or a new product. I’m sorry but with that disgusting service why would I want anything to do with them. So I asked for a full refund, then they have to audacity to charge me a 15% cancelation fee!
How dare they! You made me do all the work to prove to you that I was not lying and that the courier company that you use lost my parcel and now you want to charge me! Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful how you treat customers!
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. It’s like talking to robots with no comprehension of what is actually happening! The response to my review just shows how little they care.

Someone sent the wrong color for the main body pod, I contacted MoonPod by email, the CSA was courteous and said she'd send the correct color cover to me, after verifying the color.

Astounded…
I ordered a Moon Pod crescent but what arrived was the Moon Pod footstool. I spoke with Cecilia and customer service and she rectified the problem very quickly. The customer service team is better at Moon Pod than any other which I had to interact... The speed, courtesy, responsiveness was truly and happily astounding!!!! Thanks to you, Cecilia!!

Works well and excellent customer service
Great looking product, really sucks up the dust and is easy to use and store. Customer service has also been brilliant. I spotted a slight blemish on a component and it was replaced within a few days.

The one star review is to highlight the company MoonPod UK that sells vacuum cleaners that are not fit for purpose, are a fraudulent company who have no base or website in the UK. This company is different from the site you are reading my review on Moonpod beanbags (this site). If you have been stung by MoonPod UK or are waiting for an order DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY REPORT THEM AND CLAIM A REFUND VIA YOUR BANK. JOY at MoodPod customer support does not care and is probably AI.

I accidentally ordered more than I had…
I accidentally ordered more than I had meant to because I had too many tabs open in my browser. I contacted moon pod within the hour and they let me know they were on it. It was a holiday week/weekend and even though I contacted them quickly, I knew it was probably a stretch to cancel some of my order before it shipped out. Turns out they were able to fix my order before it shipped out and were very communicative about what the process was. Very grateful!!

service must have changed in last year......my experience was the total opposite to that below, refusing to cancel order and refund money stating already sent when tracking information proves otherwise
awaiting delivery and trying to return with what looks like no assurance of getting refund!!!
I placed an order this morning, which I should’ve given more thought to. After a few hours I contacted moon pod, owning my error and asking them to cancel my order. Because the only means of contact is email, I was getting more and more concerned as time passed.
No need! I did indeed hear back via email and everything had been taken care of. The order was canceled and my credit card was reversed. Absolutely no problem.
I really appreciate this level of customer service especially when it was my mistake.

Do NOT use this company
This company has a woman as part of their customer services called "joy", never has a woman been so poorly named. I have asked for a return address as the product is worse than the hoover I was replacing it with. It has been wrapped up and I await still an address to return it to. There is no phone contact, or address, you really should be careful, or you too will end up in my position, just about to contact Trading Standards.

Bought the mattress topper. Used for 20 days and didn’t get one nights sleep. No padding and a total rip off. Return policy is a joke. Save your money!! Do NOT buy!!
Update: The reply from Moonpod below is ridiculous. I DID email them for assistance and they basically told me to pound salt. The false advertising and misleading marketing should be illegal. Bait and switch! Order 1291699!
