SCAM SCAM SCAM If I could give no stars I would..

If I could give no stars I would... they are a dishonest company from China who falsify reviews and will not allow returns, even though their online policy allows for returns. Absolute crooks... do not send them your money!!!

Highly satisfied!

I can’t say enough about this company in terms of both product and customer service. I’ve purchased two crescent moon pods more than a year ago and I’m extraordinarily pleased with the comfort and durability of this pillow. Also, the customer service department is a dream to deal with. They provide timely feedback and make every effort to satisfy their customers. I highly recommend Moonpod!!!

Customer service responded very quickly…

Customer service responded very quickly when my product arrived without the cover. A new one was sent out to me immediately and we are now enjoying the moonpod. Thanks.

Mark was extremely helpful

Mark was extremely helpful, prompt in his response(s), and patient with me. There was an issue with shipping (not on the company's side), and Mark was able to provide me great information, and ultimately getting another Pillow (4D Pillow) sent out to me.

Mark and the support team were amazing!

Mark and the support team were amazing. I had an issue with a mistake (that I had made) on my order, and within a day support had it all fixed.

Great to deal with real people helping solve issues if and when they arise. Way to go folks!

I ordered the wrong color covering when…

I ordered the wrong color covering when I initially ordered. I immediately contacted customer service to see if I could exchange the cover only. They quickly sent me a free return label to be able to exchange. I haven’t received my exchange but feel confident this will happen.

The best customer service I have ever…

The best customer service I have ever had. Fast answers to questions and followed up twice to ensure everything was on track and that I was happy with the product. Especially impressed with customer service rep Hiyezel.

Issue with a product

I had an issue with a defective product. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and resolved my issue. We have never had such amazing customer service with any company. The product and the company are the best!

I am so disappointed with Moon Pod as a…

I am so disappointed with Moon Pod as a company, in their products, and customer support. I purchased two Moon Pod chairs for our game room. Immediately after they came out of the box, they seemed somewhat "flat" - but we gave them a try. Each time we sit on them, we sink to the floor - it's nothing but the cover fabric between us and the floor. I contacted Moon Pod for support - hoping for either a replacement insert or additional filling. I received the run around - I was referred to Wayfair for help, since that's where I purchased them. Wayfair referred me to Moon Pod as it is a quality/warranty issue, not an order/shipping issue. Moon Pod straight up refused to provide any warranty assistance because I purchased from Wayfair (no real reason why, I was ordering other things from Wayfair and saw them so I stuck them in my cart) - despite their choosing to partner with Amazon, Wayfair, etc. to sell their products.

They refused to contact me by phone, instead requiring me to go back and forth via their chat - which they only replied with canned, unhelpful responses. Refused to provide me with two courtesy refills - instead they wanted me to purchase them for $19 each - which begs the question, if the chairs are so great and top quality, why do you need to sell refills? I would rather have worthless bean bag chairs than give such a sketchy, unhelpful company more of my money for chairs that already cost me hundreds of dollars. I don't recommend buying these - either from Moon Pod directly or from a reseller. The quality simply doesn't match the price.

“the most comfortable place on EARTH!”

My mom and dad got my husband and I (33 y/o) a moon pod for Christmas after overhearing I wanted one
To summarize how I feel, I haven’t sat down or laid down on any other furniture other than my bed in 2 days, and I laid back on it today and exclaimed, “this is the most comfortable place on earth!”
I found hubs finally getting a little moon pod time in when I caught him sleeping on it while I was getting ready.
Lastly, and I have a photo I’d love to attach, my parents little shiz tzu pup lays out all sprawled out on it when no one else is taking up the space.

Moonpod and its customer service team…

Moonpod and its customer service team were very responsive and helpful at all times regarding a "system glitch" and an issue I thought I had, which was resolved quickly and professionally, and I am very happy with their product as well. The moonpod is very comfortable, versatile and relaxing
