My experience with Moonpod.co began…
My experience with Moonpod.co began after Thanksgiving Day and the end of November 2023. The ordering process was a breeze and easy to follow through all aspects of the order. I ordered two of the Moodpod Pillows and they were shipped separately - which wasn't normally a good idea, but based on the costs and quality of the products - I CAN DEFINITELY UNDERSTAND. The first Moonpod Pillow arrived in a matter of about six days and the Pillow is a Dream of comfort.
HOWEVER, the second Pillow didn't arrive as the first one did - but NOT because of the Moonpod people. THE PROBLEM had to do with the way the USPS People's incompetency caused extensive delays.
ON THE BRIGHTER SIDE OF THE PROBLEM - the Moonpod Customer Service Representative (Mark) I ended up dealing with was EXCEPTIONAL and worked with me (and my own personal investigation) to get the problem corrected. I COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE - and sadly to say, it is/was rare. Most of the time when an individual deals with any Customer Service Representatives - there is a feeling of total disinterest with the individual's problem and doesn't really care. With Moonpod Customer Service - In My Experience - such is not the case! It is a rare experience to realize there is a company and customer service representatives that really do care and go out of their way to be of assistance and provide caring suggestions to the person's individual problems. MOONPOD AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL (MARK) IS REALLY THE EXCEPTION TO THE RULE!!!!

I'm an idiot and ordered the wrong color moon pod. Their customer support got back to me within 24 hours (this was on a Sunday when I placed the bad order) and had it fixed by mid day of business on Monday.
They were very well spoken and easy to work with.

Definitely had better bean bag chairs. The commercials are just ridiculous. Sorry dude, hardly ‘revolutionary’… this has been done before, we had these chairs back in the 70s… quick fad that ended as quick as it started. The customer service is prompt
The customer service is prompt, courteous, and very helpful. The Crescent product which I purchased was phenomenal. I have back and neck pain and after use of this product, it has gone! I highly recommend checking their products out. 5 stars!

Half filled, no response from customer service
I love the concept but the quality control is lacking and the customer support non existent. I ordered the monopod and the crescent. Moonpod came first and it felt and looked very thin and limp compared to what I had seen in photos and YouTube videos. Once the crescent arrived firm and plump, it confirmed to me that they had only about half filled the moonpod. When I sit on it, I sink right through and my butt touches the hard ground beneath, hardly the experience promised. I tried over the course of three days to get a response from customer service to no avail. It’s always “we will get back to you soon” but I never heard a single non-automated response. Eventually I caved and just ordered some refill beads to handle the situation myself. Very disappointed in their quality and customer service, it seems like a great product but you’re rolling the dice on whether it will arrive as described and you will never get any help from them.
