Great customer service

My query was answered rapidly, politely and efficiently. I have recommended Moon pods to friends as I really like mine. It is the most comfortable place for me to read without fidgeting and it's not bad for napping either. Now, I can add great customer service to the reasons why they should consider getting one.

Nothing to worry about!

I will admit, I had some trepidation about this being cancelled, because after I had discovered my daughter had made this purchase without asking me, I read a few reviews online that suggested I would have difficulty getting the order cancelled. This could not have been further than the truth of my experience. Customer service was quick to respond, and after biting my nails for a weekend while they were closed, I received notice that the cancellation request was successfully processed. I cannot thank Chris and the team at Moonpod enough for taking some of the stress and worry away from this situation, and if I'm ever in the market for a product of this nature, Moonpod has my vote.

Extremely Poor Quality and Very Difficult to Return!

This has been the worst online shopping experience, the products were terrible quality, and the return process was ridiculously stressful!

I purchased the 4D pillow and two moonpods. The moonpods arrived in large polybags with foam beads everywhere- they made a huge mess just trying to get them out of the shipping boxes. The moon pods and pillow have a very heavy chemical smell and feel incredibly cheap. The covers are very thin. The moonpods were not supportive or even comfortable. It is baffling how a company can charge this price for such a low quality item. The 4D pillow was not comfortable, it felt more like laying on rocks then a luxury foam product. As soon as I unpacked the products and tested them once, I immediately made the decision to initiate a return.

The company claims "easy returns" on their website which could not be farther from the truth. I understand the need of a company to protect themselves, but the process felt more like manipulation- as though if the return process is very time consuming and difficult then less customers will compete it and the company will not have to make as many refunds. I had to send multiple back and forth emails to return these products- and I am STILL in the process! I am on email exchange #11.

I had to confirm multiple times that YES I want to return these products
I was requested to do the following
1)"describe the reasoning as to why I am making this return request,"- this was after I originally emailed the company stating the exact reason why!
2) Send images of the products in their current state
3) Verify how many times the product was used
4) Place items in all original polybags

After I answered these questions and sent photos, I was asked in a separate email to confirm AGAIN that I wanted to return my items.

I was then notified that my return was authorized, but I would be required to pay a $90 return shipping and restocking fee. This is an astronomical price to pay for a low quality product! I have never been so enraged and completely disappointed in a company before!

I asked the company multiple times how the return process works- if a shipping carrier is able to pick up the boxes at my house because the boxes are GIANT (these bean bags do not compress for shipping) and there is no way these boxes would fit in my car for me to take to a shipping center. This question was conveniently unanswered in all of the email replies until I finally had enough of the run around and was honest about the experience being ridiculous (especially the $90 return shipping and restocking fee) and how I planned to leave a 1 star review. Cyrelle at customer service then replied that "they do not offer a pick up service, but as a one time curtesy they will have Fedex do a doorstep pick up tomorrow sometime between 10am-5pm."

It should NOT be this difficult to make a return. Please do not waste your time, or your money on this company.

MOONPOD IS GUILTY OF FALSE ADVERTISING AND MAKING CHEAP TRASH

This company is guilty of false advertising. The weight capacity of their Moon Pod product is a flat out lie.Their site clearly states it’s 300 pounds. I am 245 pounds and the chair flattened into an unusable piece of garbage in a few weeks. Someone 300 pounds would destroy this thing. Their direct support wouldn't do anything. We fought it through PayPal and they finally let us return it but would not provide a return shipping label. UPS quotes over $300 to ship something this size! Even being so light. So it's absolutely pointless to send it back paying nearly as much for shipping as I paid for the item. My solution is to end up hundreds of dollars in the whole with nothing to show for it?? This is very convenient they have a bold faced lie about their product in the details and then make it impossible to get your money back. Not only is my over priced bean bag chair flat, it's now a couple weeks later and it’s busted inside foam beads everywhere. They charge high end money for cheaply made trash and lie about their products limits at Galaxy Relaxation LLC aka Mood Pod. If you’re not under 200 pounds don’t risk it and honestly you shouldn’t regardless because they’re a terrible company. I’ve left this review on Amazon, Better Business Bureau and now Trust Pilot. Diamond Certified is next and then I’ll find any other retailer that sells it. I hope you feel good and it was worth ripping off my family.

******Please notice how their response offered no solution. Adding contact their support desk is a slap in the face as I made it clear that's pointless. They did not offer a return shipping label like a decent company world. Keep this in mind when buying one of these. If you have an issue you're going to be sorely out of luck******

I love my Moon Pod pillow

I love my Moon Pod pillow; I don't have to adjust the down or turn it over like I do with my (very expensive) regular pillow. I can adjust the beads to make a place for my CPAP headgear and then I just sleep.

Exceptional Customer Service Experience!

Great customer service

Great customer service! Initially sent wrong cover but was an easy fix. Though I think the overall price is expensive for a bean bag chair, I bought it to help with hip/knee pain (vs traditional chair). So far, so good!

On January 24th I sent an email…

On January 24th I sent an email regarding my January 14th order of monopod bundle. January 26th I was informed fed ex lost my order and was asked if I wanted replacement or cancellation. I chose cancellation since order was gift. SAME DAY-my order cancelled and refund process initiated. Fantastic customer care and I’ll be ordering the bundle later this year.

I did order and receive a moon pod pillow. It arrived quickly, not damaged and I LOVE IT!

I am impressed with the product and customer care quality I received.

SCAM ALERT

I bought this for my wife for Christmas, and what a waste of money. Seriously, 300 dollars for a bean bag chair? And to make it worse, I was charged taxes that I should not have been charged as I don't even live in the city that they charged a "city tax" for, and they charged "county tax" for a county I don't live in. I tried to reach out several weeks ago, and I so far I've heard no response. Don't buy this, and don't believe that they care about feedback either. SCAM ALERT!!!

They offer a vast array of product customizations which means you can tune your MoonPod to the space it belongs, and you can also pick and choose which sizes/ accessories fit your space as well. Just a bean bag chair

This is a nice idea but it is too hard to get out of once you sit down. It is definitely not worth the money they are charging for the 3 pieces. And then they only permit you 14 days to do a return. Seriously I have had pillows that have a longer return window.
And then for the price you pay you have to put the covers on yourself. Do not waste your moneyu.

There was a missing cover. I sent a reply email from the shipping confirmation on Sunday and had a response by Monday. Everything was sorted by Tuesday with a shipment confirmation of my missing piece.

I had a small rip on one of the sleeves and they emailed me back right away and sent a replacement. Impeccable customer support and extremely friendly and responsive. Am absolutely a lifelong customer and will buy many more moon pods from them.
