Dont buy unless you like pay 10 times more for somthing that you can buy from walamrt. The colors dont even match if you order the set, they will come in differant shades of grey and look pretty bad and gives a very sloppy look.

Caused me spasms in my back so bad I had trouble walking and almost fell once. Moon Pod is Not for anyone over 25 years of age. Do not buy it unless you are young and in perfect physical condition. It will Not help your pain, only make it worse.

Moonpod Pillow a Bust
I bought the Moonpod pillow, to help with my neck. I am a side sleeper, and regular pillows are just too big. I used this pillow for about 2 months, and my neck pain became increasingly worse. Finally, I had to switch back to my old Bucky neck pillow.
Why do companies ask you to rate a product so quickly after purchase? And I noticed they did not show any “poor” reviews on their website.
My conclusion - a lot of money for a disappointing result.

Great Customer Service
I had a very pleasant experience in doing an exchange. It was easy and no hassle. I was able to print a Fed Ex return mailing slip and Mark at Moonpod followed up in email to let me know they were on it. In this time of zero customer service, in most places, it was a shining example of how to treat a customer with expediency and professionalism.

Personally, I love the Moon pod. It is super comfortable and my favorite one to watch games on tv.
Most importantly, the customer service is absolutely amazing!! They are indeed on top of their stuff. Courteous, ready to assist with effective answers and quick to reply.
I also own Lunar lift and I find it a great compliment to my Moon pod. If I have to buy another set, I would not even think about it. But be aware, they are so comfortable, you may want to always find an excuse to use them. Superb purchase!!!

First of all bean bag chairs were invented in Italy in 1969. So this is nothing new. There are hard to return and mine fell apart within 30 days, they would not return my emails. worst time ever, don't waste your money.

Excellent Customer Support
My dad has been wanting a moonpod for sometime now. I purchased one with two accessories to add to it. No fault to Moonpod but when I received the items the boxes were damaged but looked for the most part all would be fine. I decided to put the sleeve/covers on the individual pieces. The one box more damaged then the others had been opened or became opened. Sleeve and packing slip were missing. I sent an email to Moonpod explaining the situation. Thinking that it would be days before hearing back, I received an email two hours after business hours started with the issue already resolved. Hands down they take the win with their superior customer service. Thank you for making what I thought would NOT be so easy and turning it into a simple process. Greatly appreciated. I ordered 3 moon pods and at checkout forgot to enter my discount code. I wrote the company and they refunded it within hours. Any company that makes it right is worth everything to me. It’s hard to find a company that’s honors customers anymore. I can’t wait to get ours! I have several friends that have them and can’t say enough good about them.

Be wary of all 5 star reviews on the pillow
This is about the moonpod pillow. Like many companies, they write a lot of overblown hype about their products. I can only comment on the experience I had with the pillow. Ordering was easy and I even received it quickly. Once the pillow arrived, I thought there had to be a mistake, maybe they sent me a sample item or one to use on a plane, or for a 2 yr old. This thing is tiny, truly travel size, but I have seen things come in small packages that were really good, so I decided I would not know unless I tried. It did have just a slight bit of chemical odor, but not enough that bothered me, this is something common to many products and for some, you may want to air it out for a day or 2 before using it. When I put my head on it, it sank in nearly to the mattress and at this time, my head was about 1" off the mattress. It also made an indention, and every time I tried to move my head, it would sink back to that spot, SO, every time I moved my head, I would have to re-fluff the pillow to get the flat spot out, super annoying. Now they said this pillow is great for side sleepers, and for side sleepers, you need a pillow that keeps your head up and aligned, I am an average size guy, and I measured about 5" from the side of my head to the side of my shoulder, my other pillows are higher than this as they compress to about the 5" height to have proper alignment. After trying to sleep using the moonpod pillow, my arms and shoulders were numb from being so far out of alignment. There is NO way this pillow is good for side sleepers(unless you are 2 years old). After the first week, I sent a message I wanted to return it due to not being as advertised, they wanted to keep 18.00 of the original order, and have me pay for return shipping. After explaining to them that this pillow is wrongly advertised, and I wanted a complete refund, they said they would have to check with team members. The next email I received offered to send me another pillow. (Sadly, it would take at least 4 of these to make a regular-sized pillow, and possibly 6 or 8 for a side sleeper) I wrote them back saying I see that they were not willing to offer a refund for a misrepresented product and that I would open a case with the BBB and credit card company. They decided to refund. Also, when you look at their site, there are only glowing, 5-star reviews, no 1,2 or 3 star which is a BIG RED FLAG. I tried to write a review, since it was not 5 star, it was rejected. If you sleep on your back or stomach, this may work for you, but side sleepers would need at least 2, most likely 3 in order to get the right height and support, and at 90.00 a pillow, that would be 270.00.

Not only was the Moon Pod a hit with my 15 year old but all his friends as well. I later ordered another product the Lunar Lift to complete the "lounge aspect". I was a bit overzealous in ordering and ordered two, my mistake totally. Not only did I receive an immediate response to my call to cancel but was supported the entire way and received a quick refund...Buy this you and your family will love it. It is so comfortable and I have scoliosis and am almost never comfortable!
